“one single late night is not enough to judge”

I returned to Minneapolis at midnight and I'll leaving 6.15 am so i haven't enough time to explain area or neighborhood.

“Would stay here again!”

Had everything you need for a two-day stay in Minneapolis. Easy access to highways, continental breakfast in morning, free USA Today, free internet. There was absolutely nothing to complain about!

“A good stay when on a budget”

We were in the twin cities area for the weekend and enjoyed the easy access to the highway system. Great restaurants nearby in the West End!

i couldnt get a room downtown. with the cost of a taxi ride it was still half the cost! a great stay.

“Close to downtown, Fair price, Good night's sleep”

For the price, this was an extremely good deal. It took 10-15 minutes from my door to get to the Minneapolis Convention Center. Traffic was busy on I-394 but it wasn't awful. Overall a great impression! Thanks :)

“give this one a try”

The hotel staff was friendly and pleasant. Business at the check in desk was handled professionally. The room itself was very clean. My wife and I stayed in the 1 bed hotel room and found it to be quite cozy and comfortable. Not a huge room but it had all we needed. Our 5 night stay was very pleasant. I would stay at this hotel again. Located a little ways from downtown but an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Well worth the savings in our opinion. Easy freeway access and restaurants also close by. We've never stayed at Super 8 and my wife was questioning the decision prior to arrival.

Area recommendations

This hotel is located in an easy to reach location. Driving in and out of downtown several times was not a problem. Downtown parking is always way different and expensive than at this location. If you like simple and clean, this will work for you

Great place to stay when going to Target Field from the south. I-394 into the parking ramps which exit right out to I-394 when the game is over. LOVE IT!!

“Nice hotel, close to downtown Minneapolis”

We generally had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful (we are from out of state), so that was great. We chose to eat at the Perkins down the road, but this was more of a personal preference of my children. The only thing missing was an elevator - the 7 of us all had large (and heavy!) pieces of luggage that weren't the easiest to bring up 2 flights of stairs. (But, we managed, of course!) During our next stay here, we'll definitely be returning to this hotel. Strongly recommended!

We toured around Downtown Minneapolis, Bloomington (Mall of America), Saint Paul and other areas close to the hotel.

Must see

I would strongly recommend a trip to Target Field. Downtown was easier to get around than I had expected. Also, try a "Juicy Lucy" from the 5-8, just off of 62 and Cedar in Minneapolis. Also, check out the Como Zoo and Chatterbox Pub in Saint Paul (you can play boardgames at your table!). For dessert, I strongly recommend the Cheesecake Factory. YUM!
