“Some Problems”

Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping didn't change a dirty sheet, didn't properly clean the bathroom. Over all hotel was good, food wonderful, the Thursday night BBQ/Buffet was great!!! One suggestion is to have things to do pamphlets at the door. Brochures from area places to go etc.

“Less than thrilled with what I got for what I paid”

The entire floor smelled like smoke. Great location but will not stay there again.

“Very nice stay”

Clean room, nice warm pool, great choices for breakfast. Night clerk made my toddler's night (and ours) by procuring milk at 2am - talk about going the extra mile!

“We Waited For 30 Minutes While the Lone Front-desk Clerk Was Making Delivery !”

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 1 week in November 2009. Here is something can be improved at this hotel : 1. There was NOBODY working at the front-desk when we first checked in. We and 2 other guests had to wait for more than half an hour. The front-desk clerk put up a hand written sign "We're making a delivery - Will be back shortly" ! It's funny and ridiculous but I guess this is the way they're doing business in Minneapolis ? BTW, we're from California. 2. The cleanning crew did not do a good job, but again may be this is the way how they're doing business in a Holiday Inn Express in Minneapolis ? 3. We enjoyed the big indoor swimming pool and the hot spa. Great facilities ! 4. There is no weight lifting equipments in the gymn, only stationary bicycles and treatmills.
