Shower mats, towels for ground/foot, ice, coffee & tea. The management team pay attention to small details. Nice reception area. Nice white bedings/ blankets,. Kids likes this place.

We were stuck at Golden, BC because the highway was closed due to Snowstorm. This place offers cheap accommodation in this area. The room was spacious and we could park our car right in front of our room. Room was clean. There was one queen size bed, 2 super comfortable chairs, table, tv, fridge and a microwave. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap stay in this are.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL/MOTEL it is a DISASTER
First of all and this is for ALL you hotels, the hot-tub and sauna that were advertising WERE NOT WORKING, and my believe that this was for a long time, NO like the clerk told us just a week ago was broken. Second, the entrance was ONLY on the outside of the room, so if it is winter I have to carry the luggage on the snow ? HOTELS.com should request that if something DOES NOT work or it s not available the hotel MUST NOTIFY the booker via hotels.com, so the people can cancel or decide what to do, but when you are there after traveling the whole day it is a little late, don't you think ?

We arrived the hotel at 9pm, it seems the hotel is facing the road and a bit noisy. But after we talked to staff, he gave us a room not facing the road. So it's not so noisy in the room. The hotel is a bit old, but considering the price it's OK.

There is no elevator and the stairs are difficult when you have luggage, no coffee maker, microwave or water heater, safety box.

Beds are 'super comfy' and prices were very reasonable. Property is in overall decent shape. Toilets and corners could use a good scrub but otherwise cleanliness was good. Rooms do not have an in-room coffee maker - instant coffee available in main foyer and Tim Hortons is literally down the street. The info identified it as 2 km from city centre, it is 3 km and located directed across from Holiday Inn. I would definitely stay here again.
