All these type buildings in Surfers have the same issues. They are poorly maintained and superficially cleaned. This apartment (we got lumbered on the first floor which we hated) was poorly maintained….walls desperately need repainting and the carpets were filthy. They use contract cleaners who do the bare minimum to keep the apartment clean. The bed quilt was stained (disgusting) and the pillows old and worn. The stove knobs were greasy and dirty and the pull out sofa bed was disgracefully dirty. It’s not a bad apartment but it is dirty, stick. No poorly maintained.

Apartment block easy to find and with its own parking on edge of broadbeach area. Room was spacious with balcony over looking the sea and if your travelling laundry facilities. Easy walk to beach and 30 min stroll along promenade if you want to go to surfers paradise. Plenty of bars / restaurants in and around and if you want to shop pacific heights is a very large mall with great shops and eateries.

Overall good experience. Just few simple stuff like, booked for 4 pax just 2 toilet rolls provided. Toilet brush was broken already and they didn’t replace when the previous party checked out I suppose . Front office staff was amazing. Great service .

The room was great, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony beds were comfortable, air con worked well, great location, easy walk to the beach, pacific fair for shopping, great cafes and restaurants nearby. Good pool/spa and BBQ area, very comfortable space. Car parking underground is tight, not suitable for 1500 or 2500 Silverado/Ram ect.

We arrived after reception hours and had an envelope waiting for us with a room key. When we arrived at the room it had a king bed in one room and a double bed in the 2nd room. Our booking was for a twin bed in the 2nd room as we have teenage children.

I don’t know how this property can be rated as a four star. Free eying to get in touch with a property manager was not easy. The operator took the number of our room down incorrectly. Checked in and then also my door would not open and front door would not close. They had no one who could fix it until next morning. The shower was dirty, no toilet paper or soap. I would never recommend this place. It’s surely not as glossy as it looks in the pictures. Misleading and not accurate at all.

Dear Rupika,I appreciate you had phoned remotely from New Zealand, and you were assisting your international students that were in house at the time. Management received the incorrect room number from our afterhours service and after a second call came through the correct room number was given and Management attended the room promptly. It was found the guests were slightly confused about locking the front door, there was no malfunction found and the front door lock and was fully lockable. It was explained how to use. We also replenished the apartment with more supplies for guest convenience. If we were to know of the shower this would have been attended to immediately as guest satisfaction is utmost important to us but we weren't to know.

We loved our stay here. Beach, tram, supermarket, pacific fair all walking distance. Parking underground was easy and convenient. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and the sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking (definitely recommend an ocean view room!). I travelled with 4 children (4-13) and they had a blast. It is worth stating that the “kids wading pool” is very small and not heated - don’t think I saw anyone in it at all the entire time we were there. The main pool is heated and a decent size, but due to depth, difficult pool facilities for younger children or kids that can’t swim. Kids game room consists of pool and a few arcade style games (charges apply). We would certainly come back here!
