This is an older property but really lovely. The apartments are very big and very sound proof. The pool area is lovely although there are many pool tiles missing. It appears that most of the apartments are residences and not hotel style accommodation which gives the complex a very different feel. The apartment we stayed in is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped although there were no accompaniments usually found in apartment rentals, like salt, pepper, oil, etc. you are also only provided with one dishcloth one garbage bag and one kitchen scrubber, for multiple day stays perhaps leave more of these as expecting a traveller to either bring cleaning supplies or do a grocery shop is a little much, especially when you require the property to be left clean and garbage removed. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would return to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had been renovated and was really nicely done. Staff were very pleasant. We were only there for 4 days, next time we will stay longer.

Nice stay, good for familes, close to beach & shop
Accomodation was great, room was spacious. Mostly clean, although we found some unwanted items in weird places (probably missed by the cleaners). Pool was great. Close to convention centre and shops and eating. Reception staff were great.

Housekeeping is the only part which may need improvement. There are no vacuum machines / broom in the apartment and the floor is littered with hair and dirt after a few days and was left in that condition for 10 days

There is not much to not like about Belle Maison. I really like that smoking is not allowed. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool was a great temperature. Lifts were prompt,it was quiet and the apartment was spotless.l had a lovely stay!

The property was spacious and clean. The apartment we stayed had both river/ city view and ocean view. Very accessible to the beach and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Will definitely be coming back.

Great family place
We stayed here as a family and the place was fantastic. It was clean and had enough space for everyone to replace. It was an easy walking distance to nice cafes and shops, and the allocated parking spot was a bonus. Pool area was clean. Staff were very helpful at check-in and when we had questions.

I had a 3 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and spacious. I looked like it had been renovated not too long ago. Very close to convention centre, Star Casino, Shops, Restaurants and Beach. Only down side was I stayed in April and there was some very noisy weather events. You can really hear the wind whistle through the apartment.

Great Location, Room nice n big, great view from the balcony, the only thing it wasn’t very clean. Dust all over the lamps next to the bed, rubbish left in the bedroom from previous guest, stain on the chair in the bedroom a piece of metal I found in the bed, coffee marks left on the books in the lounge room, I took photos to show them

The amenities are always clean and in good working order. It's a quiet location in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. My only negative is that the rooms are becoming a little dated. Overall we always enjoy staying here.

The 3BR we rented is wonderful, spacious, clean, and has a nice view. It has basic kitchen stuff that made our stay more convenient. The location is perfect, near the shops and restaurants. Activities are just around the corner and the beach is just a block away. The staff would accomodate but not as informative. The parking space is onsite but shared with the owner. Not a big issue with us but we were not informed so, we were clueless where to park when we first got there. Plus, I hope they would provide more bags for the bins.
