“Small and Beautiful”

The Hotel is inbetween main road and beach, looks beautiful as you enter through the get. A small hotel with about 15/16 rooms run and carefully looked by a decent family. Considering the cost, Rooms are very neat and clean, attached bath with running hot & cold water. Electronic locker provided in room. Sitting in front verandah you can enjoy the beautiful greenary well maintained by the hotel. A bar is situated near the entrance , opp to reception. All beverages and breakfast, snacks available. For meals you need to go near by restaurants. And you are also to arrange mosquito repellant on your own.

Area recommendations

Colva Beach, Easy and convenient transport communication. The beach itself beautiful with scenic beauty of seashore and coanut plants in series. Big market place, restaurants, Not far from Margaon rail station and air port , there by save time and money.

October to February. the weather good and can fully enjoy.

One can go by air , rail , bus or own car as per ones convenience and affordability.

“if you want to be dissapointed!!”

if ya want to be dissapointed you should stay at per avel!!! the staff have no concept of hospitality and are rude! what you book is definately what you get and they will try to squeeze you for every cent,never in my life have i had to rent a tv for my room.whatever your needs while in goa this place will not provide it for you

The customer in question must have expected big things for a small payment. This is a small Holidayhome with basic amenities for a proportionate payment. If supplementary amenity, viz. TV, fridge, safe deposit box, kitchenette, etc. are needed by the customer the same are provided on charge basis over and above room rent. We have had many customers from Expedia, no one ever complained about our facilities, hospitality, and service. We do not charge our customers any extra cent anytime. Customers have paid for what they got. Besides being a guest house, facilities provided seem to be equal to a three star accommodation. However, improvements do take place yearly depending on financial conditions. The customer booked a Std. room. had he booked a deluxe or superior room for a little higher price, he would have got the TV etc.
