Nice pool and hotel layout not happy with Expedia
Nice pool great staff although during off season no beach activities and the transport outside hotel is extortionate and all part of taxi union so hotel has no say. Overall wasn’t much to do outside if hotel and I think Expedia should better explain facilities available. Personally I think the property is mis sold by Expedia and the problem is once you have booked through Expedia the hotel can’t do anything as you have paid Expedia. This is the problem booking through Expedia. The hotel facilities not correctly explained also should mention about off season.

Amazing Resort
Park Hyatt is a lovely resort with nice big rooms which are old but we'll maintained.The property is vast and has around 5 swimming pools, kids club, outdoor kids park and lots of outdoor activites.The breakfast is lovely , only issue is the sit outs are all over the place and not in 1 dining room.They have amazing Italian restaurant. The staff here are very friendly. Overall a great resort with great service.

Even during monsoon season this place is great
I had a few extra days on a business trip to India and decided to spend it in Goa. Even though it rained nearly every day, the staff, facilities and property made it a great experience.

Lovely place with kids
The hotel is extremely comfortable and conveniently located close to the airport and secluded at the same time. The staff was extremely courteous and took care of our kids far beyond the call of duty. Kranthi, zaki, Arinjoy. Thank you very much.

A world in itself
The property is fabulous. The rooms are large and comfortable. The buffet spread is delicious. One has golf cart to travel between locations. It is nothing less then a compact world in itself.

Overall experience was positive and the staff was friendly. Resort is beautiful with clean, empty beaches. however, despite requesting in advance, we did not get our two rooms in the same villa. also, they charged us for the room a second despite the prepayment. We are working through the hotel staff to get a reimbursement.

Beautiful and relaxing
Really fantastic place. We booked lagoon view double room which was a mistake as the lagoon is not so great and our room looked straight at a big tree. We upgraded the next day to a suite with a pool view and a sea view from the two doors. Quite fantastic (cost a bomb but it was so worth it). Food and drink options were good and quite varied but the BEST bit was down on the beach where there is a shack called ‘Aaron’s beach hut’. Just sit there have some simple food and a drink or two and watch the sunset. Magical. A fraction of the hotel prices too.

The decline of a great hotel
This hotel has seen better days. Its raging and it shows. 5 years ago, it was a cracking property, the food had a sizzle and the rooms had a air of sparkling newness about them . Sadly , that feeling can only find resonance in nostalgia. The rooms are large but terrible in its upkeep. The food, save the occasional goan highs, is quite ordinary The property is saved by its service which is top notch The management needs a wake up call t revive this property

A charming place on a beautiful beach
The property is lovely although a bit dated. Huge gardens, lovely system of pools. The beach is wonderful. Very looked after. The staff is excellent. Very friendly, polite and charming. The room is quite spatious and the separate shower/ bathroom part is well thought through. The food was not very varied smd did not seem terribly inspiring. But most importantly the hygiene standards are very high, which is vital in this part of the world. The place is very child friendly ( we were there with a six year old).

Best family place for a silent Goa vacation
Best vacation ever. Park Hyatt is an amazing have-all place if you are looking to enjoy a vacation with family. Private beach with security, comfortable sofas, giant size pool, kids games, games room for adults, relaxing pool, terrific service and ultra amazing food - just too perfect!

THE DINNING OPTIONS WERE DIVERSE AND EXTREMELY SATISFYING TO INCLUDE THE SOUND OF WAVES CRASHING AND SUNSETS, BEFORE SELECTING THE VERY FRESH "GRILLED CATCH OF THE DAY", OR THE NORWEGIAN GRILLED SALMON OFFERING, OR A HOST OF OTHER EQUALLY APPEALING OPTIONS, THAT WERE ALWAYS WELL ATTENDED TO BY THE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL STAFF. Staff can be pretty unhelpful especially when you need the buggy service or any assistance.. While staying there the ceiling light fell off and dropped to floor. Was lucky it did not fall on our head. We were charged additional service charge on our bill which is against the law, after the introduction of GST

Wonderful beach and resort!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Hyatt. After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive, but It was great. Fantastic pool, superb and easy access to a wonderful beach, great service (some personnel better than others). Room was very nice, great shower, everything was clean. The grounds were lovely; we took a midnight stroll and it was great to not have to leave the resort for anything. My evaluation probably would have been higher but we had just come from the JW Marriott Aerocity, which was spectacular in every way, so the differences were heightened. Would gladly return to the Park Hyatt Goa. I needed to find a pharmacy and Alison was extremely helpful, even arranging to have the items brought to me at the resort.

Very courteous staff
We had a family vacation at Park Hyatt, Goa. Our kids loved the facilities. Swimming pool, Room, Food, Entire property ambience and greenery is great. Private access to beach is amazing. My both daughters enjoyed. Staff were very helpful. Unexpected event happened with some guests causing excessive noise upstairs, it disturbed my sleep ( was not expecting ), I called up the in charge person they acted immediately. I couldn't go back to sleep. Next day I explained to the staff ( Mr Rohit) he was apologetic on their behalf and assured us that this will not be repeated. He offered us complimentary dinner ( which I completely forgot until last night of our stay), but they did look after us. Thanks a lot for making our stay happy.

Great hotel, excellent staff. The lawns were a little unkempt but that would be nit-picking given the entire experience. Excellent goan food at Cafe Sarita - highly recommended. Also just a 20 min drive to the airport, which is a huge advantage for those on a short trip like I was.

Thank you for making this so memorable for us. Kids were pampered so much that did not want to leave. Everyone from the reception to room service to pool to beach to restaurants took special care of us. Special thanks to the chefs at the Goan and Italian restaurants for rolling out special dishes for us for every lunch and dinner. Kids camp at Hyatt is one of the best we have seen. The maintenance activities did not bother us much. We stayed 3 nights and every day was interesting. I don't think we're going any other place on our next visit to Goa.

Horrible experience in Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa review Bad Experience: Beware of the staff near the swimming pool especially a guy called Donny is very rude, nasty and doesn't serve water and nobody apologizes in person( the Bar staff I mean) for this...he also showed a menu card to my thirsty wife ( dehydrated in hot Goa summer) in when asked for drinking water and made it look like we cant afford...( attending expat guests and ignoring us Indian guests , there were hardly any guests in the pool)). We were expecting the Park Hyatt Pool/Bar team to come and apologize us in person ( they gave us sweet talk over the phone) and knocked off the bill for a small sandwich we had ordered in the room). Hit our psyche very badly...all guests beware of such nasty surprises of being given a menu card when asked for drinking water near the pool in hot summer sun. The Concierge team quotes different rates for the car wash...one of them said Rs 500/- then they call our room and say Rs. 600/- :-) ( somebody is trying make a 100 :-))

Overall a good STAY!! BUT NOT WHAT WE expected from A Park Hyatt!! The pool which is the highlight of the resort was; 2/3RD CLOSED FOR RENOVATION WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE ON THE WEBSITE OF BOTH HOTELS.COM & HYATT.COME. WE FELT TOTALLY CHEATED AND LET DOWN!! SERVICES OF FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING REALLY NEED TO BE IMPROVED!! NO CORDINATION IN BOTH THESE AREAS AND CONSTANT ISSUES!! THE ONLY AREA WHICH MET EXPECTATIONS WAS THE FOOD AND RESTAURANTS SERVICES!! VERY GOOD CHEFS AND VERY CARING STAFF AT THE RESTAURANTS!! TODDLERS PLAY AREA ALSO AT THE CAMP HYATT WAS BELOW EXPECTATIONS AND NEEDS TO BE SPURECED UP!!! VERY GOOD BEACH AND BEACH FRONT RESTAURANT ; PALMS!! OVER ALL A GOOD STAY BUT NEED SOME IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ROOMS AND SERVICE!!!

Beach service
Everything is great about our stay, the food, the staff, and the spa. However, the service at the beach was below average. They do not have a menu or fresh juice to drink. Only water and soda! Our neighbors were a bit noisy, but the hotel offered us to transfer to another quiet room! It was nice of them!

Nice experience except one incident
Everything about the property, staff, hospitality, food, amenities is excellent except for one thing which spoilt my taste in the end. The transport process back to airport is chaotic and needs a lot of improvement. First of all there is no guidance about where and which shuttle to board. After bill payment we moved towards the gates to figure out the shuttle and saw my luggage still lying outside near the lobby. There were several bell boys but were too busy to move our luggage to the shuttle bus. By the time someone started moving the luggage the shuttle started moving and left without us. Worse was when a staff from the lobby/transport started blaming us for coming late. When we told him that we were here atleast 10 min. before the shuttle left and how could we have sat in the shuttle when our luggage was still lying near the lobby, he became rude and told us to hire a cab. That's when I realized that once the payment is done we are on our own and would be subject to rude behaviour. Although after front desk intervention another shuttle was arranged but by that time the damage was done. I really want to forget this last incident which is like an ugly mark on my otherwise awesome vacation.

Relaxing Beach Front Holiday
We have just spent the last 10 days relaxing in Goa - it was fantastic! We did Yoga classes on the beach each morning, took private yoga classes every second day, experienced beautiful ayurvedic massages every second day and yoga meditation each evening. Walks on the beach were lovely and the resort loungers and swimming pools were great. Water sports were available on the beach but we didn't partake. We resort had everything you could want - food was fantastic, with several choices of restaurant to choose from. We loved dinning beach front and watching the sun set. Our room was great - good air conditioning a large room, bathroom and deck. It contained everything you could need. The resort even took care to minimise mossies - it sprayed/smoked everywhere every evening at 5.15pm. (we made sure to stay inside when this was happening, just in case there was something in the spray) We would recommend this resort.

Nice property, poor maintenance, terrible service
As we climbed up the stairs to our cottage, I noticed the dirt and dust on the stairway, looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for ages. The dirt and dust was also present in the patio of our room. Calling the host and telling them to clean didn't help as the people who came to the room weren't passed on the instructions, and in our absence it looked like they just made the bed and went back. The AC did not work throughout our stay, calls to fix the problem were made each night at 6am and 3am as it destroyed out sleep. Every time the person who came in assured us that he definitely fixed the problem this time and the room will cool down in a couple of hours. At checkout the front desk did not even ask us how our stay went. The food selection for room service was very limited. But the property is beautiful. If only they could train their staff better. My first and last time at a Hyatt property.

Luxury on the beach
Park Hyatt is a world in itself. I dare say with one of the top beaches in the world. What's more it's next to exclusive so. On crowds. Take your pick from sun bathing at the beach with drinks and foods finding their way to you, or have your fill of the huge swimming pool spread across literally a quarter of the property, loads of fun kids activities, golf greens, and an assortment of restaurants to choose from - or sit in the village square where you can get served from any of the restaurants of your choice. Rooms a luxurious and well appointed with a big sunken bath, well stocked mini bar and all the small luxuries you would expect in a five star. The place comes with a five star price tag too so would recommend it for those who intend to make the resort their focus. If you intend to spend most of your time sight seeing in Goa pick a more reasonably priced option.

Fantastic stay and lovely beach. Food was ok, not spectacular and a little pricey.
