"Nice properties in miramar beach view is very good"
I stay in this properties at 11 July to 14 July ,this hotel service is very good n staff is very helpfully ,pool bar is excellent n view is nice, I m next time go to Goa I stay in this properties .....many times
A welcoming atmosphere and great staff. We loved the simple decor of the place and all the facilities like the kids center, the pool etc. The highlight was the beach, while the hotel is not on the beach they would drive you down the short distance. A clean not so crowded beach is a perfect place for sunsets and with life guards on duty you can enjoy the waves too. No shacks on this beach but I rather liked that.
"Very Nice Hotel.. Would like to go there again.."
We went to stay at the hotel over the weekend and had a nice time. Swimming pool is centrally located thus having required privacy and is pretty big. We went there with our one year old daughter and she too had a nice time in the baby swimming pool :) Breakfast was very extensive and good. Would love be there again.
No description for the hotel available, OPENING SOON! The Holiday Inn North Goa Calangute is opening in 4th quarter of 2012.<More
We stayed here in mid September. The experience was just amazing! Right from the rooms to the beach to the pool everything was as per standards of Leela. One note though, we went here in mid September and thus beach shacks and other beach water sports activities were totally closed. That was a bit disappointing but I was told the activities are permitted by government only for 6 months that would start from next month (October). So can't blame Leela for that.
We had all meals plan while booking. The food was simply rocking. We were vegetarian and were surprised to see so many vegetarian options. The "Kadhai Paneer" I had there was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The "Apple Tart" was also beautiful. So was the Rasmalai and Mysore Dosa. The Rasmalai had little gulab jamuns which were very tasty. The list goes on and on about the food.
One note though, as we have been to Leela Kovalam too I found that resort is a bit more beautiful than Leela Goa. Here are the two main reasons for that:
1) The rooms were much bigger and had separate open showers to enjoy. This resorts room didn't have that and the balcony of standard rooms were a bit small.
2) The resort also has a bit less places to roam than Leela Kovalam.
But these points can be ignored because we hardly stayed in the room. The pool of this resort is fantastic and very nice compared to Leela Kovalam. It has a small waterfall where we enjoyed a lot.
All in all a must visit place and the best of the best in Goa
