Perfect for a couple of days
Great location, and alright for a few days to be in the middle of Baga beach. The service was very good, and everyone was lovely. Room, as well as most areas, were quite tired and a little dirty, but comfortable as a base. I did enjoy my stay here, but thought it may have been a bit nicer and slightly more luxurious for the price.

Good hotel for Goa.
Lovely hotel. Beautiful background. Even though in the thick of activities, the hotel is safe with guards at the gate. Rooms are well inside so no noise. Two lovely pools. Live entertainment in the evening by the main pool. Good food at breakfast. Rooms are spacious.

Its OK kind of hotel. Dont expect too much out of this hotel based on reviews. Pros: * Room was clean and good * Ambience is ok thoughthey claim it as 3 star hotel. * Accessible to Baga beach and shopping. * Easily you will get bike on rent without much documentation as you stay in their hotel. Cons: * Basically overpriced hotel. * While booking via expedia it said included breakfast, but hotel rejected that I dont have free breakfast included. * Food is very costly in restaurant. * They will place just two small bottles of water in room everyday, when we requested for additional water, they said we need to buy from restaurant. I dont think no other hotel in india say like this if you ask for water.

Great place to stay
Lovely hotel in great location. Breakfast buffet was good and fairy lights at night round the pool made it a stunning setting. We stayed 3 nights which was perfect.

Location was great
Rooms are pretty dated, we were given a room right at the end and there were water pipes lying around, water was dripping from the wall in the toilet because of the AC in the room, bath tub was terrible. Didn’t like it at all.

Actual large rat in room
We were woken up by a rat touching my gf leg at night. At least the housekeeper was good about chasing the rat out of room, and some amusement, however the chance for disease that the presence of such animals implies overwhelms any fun we might have had. Also the comforter was absolutely filthy and gave us an attitude about having it replaced. Worst hotel i ever stayed in, and that includes cheap crappy hotels i stayed in before. This hotel looks nice and has good ratings but its the worst.

Cute resort
Excellent place for the price you pay for. Bed was comfortable room was clean. The washroom is the only thing that I found needed some renovation. The place has a nice pool and different types of rooms on resort. Breakfast has a lot to offer. Its located few minutes of a walk away from the popular beach Baga, and Mambos strip.

Nice place but ripped off for New Year
Booked executive keys room at additional cost - means a pool view which was nice. The BIG downside for us, and one which would make us give serious consideration to returning, was being forced to pay a mandatory 5,000 rupees each (£130) for the NYE ‘gala’... words cannot describe what an absolute rip-off this was. If anyone can remember the dreadful events that we had to endure with our parents in the 1970s - dreadful cover act banging out ‘hits’, cringeworthy compère, an interminable kids ‘talent’ show and.. the piece de resistance a ‘who’s the best-dressed couple’ competition complete with catwalk show Avoid at NY unless they stop this outdated mandatory charging - plenty of other places to stay

We were not offer the room we booked only after we told to cancel the booking they change the room. Even Rs5000 for new year eve dinner was overcharged. Staff were good but had to remind again and again as wifi was not working for two days

A stay during Monsoon season
The hotel allowed us to check in early without having to ask. They were efficient and helpful when the need arose (ringing a company who i booked a trip through to find out their location) The pool man was lovely and brought towels to the loungers and asked if everything was going ok when using the pool. (as there was an issue with other guests following myself and daughter and taking pictures of us, this was quickly resolved and we were left alone after that) The restaurant staff were all very good and the breakfast catered for all. The hotel is close to everything plus it very easy to catch a bus on the road and go to other beaches for 10-20 ruppee. I would recommend this hotel if you want to relax around the pool and be close to the nightlife.

Good location decent hotel
Hotel is in a good location. Quiet to sleep. Good breakfast. Room was decent. Expected a bit more from the room. Staff wasn't too friendly as we weren't greeted at any time. Took way to long to check in. Pool closes at 7 and kicks you right exactly at 7. Overall decent hotel.

Great location. But hotel needs serious makeover.
Great location. But needs serious makeover. From staff clothing, to hotel furniture everything. Rooms are really not to the expectations. And house keeping staff don't do so good of a cleaning job. You can see the mosquito nets type things many places, Even in bathrooms. Can feel the sand in room flooring too. Not at all proper cleaning. Hopefully it is manageable. Staff is courteous though. Hopefully they improve the same. And also the revamp is done.

2 single bed mattresses. Very uncomfortable. We had shelled out approx. ₹500/- for parking in pay and park. keys doesn't have sufficient parking space. Pay n park is around 300 meters away from hotel. Parking there and coming back walking! It was night mare.

Great Location, Friendly Staff
Was traveling with my 3 year old son, on a visit to Baga and North Goa beaches. I booked this hotel for 3 nights 4 days stay. My flight landed in Goa by 7:15 AM and by 8:20 AM I reached the hotel. Although my check in was scheduled for later in the day, the staff accommodated my request for early check-in without any hassles. The room was ready by 9:45 AM until which I had breakfast in the restaurant and used the washrooms that were very clean and well maintained near the restaurant. Full marks to the friendly staff who ensured that our stay was comfortable. Great location just outside the Tito's Lane at Baga Beach. The live music in the evening's was great. Ambiance was great. Overall a very memorable trip to Goa and this hotel was a large part of that experience.

It was meant to be a 3/4 star hotel, is was more like a 2 star. The shower head was dirty and never got cleaned, they would change the sheets every few days, but in the 14 days that I was there the, pillowcase's never got changed. This hotel is run down with grubby grouting , most of the staff are nice and tried to be helpful. When I arrived I asked the manager, for a local map or information on the area. Which he replied there was none and he would download information. I'm back in the UK and still waiting on a street map...

The bathroom condition could be improved. The sink has stains and the door looks unfinished. Wi-Fi is very slow in the room. The pool is nice but unfortunately I saw people spitting inside the pool and another lady rubbing dirt off her body while in the pool. That's a big turn off and I never used the pool after that. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant is good.

Convenient for location.
Hotel location and proximity to the nightlife, beach is a big plus. The hotel rooms can do with a lot of facelift in terms of ambience , painting, bathroom cleanliness. The door locks need a service. There is a lot of drain smell late in the night around the pool area and you can't enjoy the cool nights in the garden or pool area.

Enjoyable hotel for a short break in Baga Beach
Overall ok. Good staff in the restaurant. Had some initial issues about the room but was moved to another good room by the Accommodations Manager who was very courteous. Taxis easily arranged by the hotel. Good quality breakfast and other meals. Reasonable bar and pool area.

>Cleanliness (0/5) I didn't walk barefoot in my room because I could feel the dirt and grime from the moment I arrived. I believe I got bed bug bites from staying here. Pool looked disgusting. >Noise (1/5) the street noise was loud. The staff entrance was by my room- every car that passed through the gate would honk. The hotel had terrible karaoke going until 10:30 every night in front of the pool and a corporate team building event that lasted an entire day. These could be clearly heard in my room with all doors and windows closed and AC on, and I wasn't even that close to that area. >Staff (1/5) cleaning staff was nice. The front desk was slow. The breakfast attendants made no effort unless you went and asked for something. >Room Condition (2/5) the bathroom was dingy and gross, the shower head leaked everywhere and mold was growing above it, which was just painted over. Bar soap was useless - no shampoo. AC worked, but it had to be kept on full blast the entire time. >Breakfast (2/5) the eating area is a covered space next to the pool. Go early. I didn't get sick from eating eggs, bacon, dosa, or drinking the juice. >WiFi (0/5) the signal weak - WiFi hardly worked. when it did, it was way less than 512kbs. I asked the front desk about WiFi and of course they had to wait a day until the "IT Manager" came. No improvement. There is little to no reception from mobile networks in the rooms. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's dirty, loud, and far from the beach.
