This hotel is excellent. Great and modern rooms. Plenty of parking. Free wifi. Super friendly staff. Safe location. Great breakfast. Definitely a fair and honest price for the service provided. If this hotel was in the US, I would rate this hotel 3.5 stars, maybe even four stars. It is better than most Holiday Inns in the US. I would definitely come back.
After reading some of the reviews I feared the worst, but was pleasantly surprised!
The welcome we got was good with full explanations of where the facilities were,
The Leisure facilities were good, although some of the members were moaning that it needed money spent on it.
The sauna was new, but the steam room was in need of a refurb as on the 2nd day it wasnt working and smelt stale.
The pool was lovely, very different with little nooks to sit in and the middle jacuzzi was a very warm delight.
The Leisure Manager was very helpful and friendly.
Okay so I'm from Canada and if I had to escape my house just to be in a hotel, motel or whatever Holiday Inn wouldn't be it...but visiting Cheltenham and not knowing much of English this and that...Holiday Inn seemed relate-able... so I checked it out.
I'm 6'1 almost didn't fit on the bed...but man that was a very comfortable bed enjoyed it all, the room was always tidy, small shower but very cozy ya, I know haha cozy shower all glass and what!!
Ah...not to blab on too long...book yourself a suite in the inn already....oh and I loved the inclusive breakfast and gym and WiFi...
