have returned home today (25/7/21) after spending last night in room 202 at your hotel, at a cost of £65. This is the second time we have stayed in your hotel and to say we are disappointed is an understatement.
Here is where it went wrong…
1, we had to search for a member of staff to check in despite calling both numbers displayed on reception and getting no answer.
2, on being shown our room we were alarmed to hear a kitchen extraction unit just outside the window .. after discussing our concerns about the noise with reception, we were assured it would be turned off at 9.30pm and we would not hear it again… sadly it woke us at 6.30am on Sunday morning.
3, the towels, we had a set for one.. a bath mat, a hand towel and a bath towel (there were two staying in the room) we discovered this after one of us had showered this morning and ended up sharing as we were not hopeful we would find anyone to help us.
4, on returning to the hotel after our evening out our key was not working, once again despite calling both numbers displayed on reception we had to go searching for a member of staff to re program the key.
5. We looked in the room for an extra pillow and only found an empty pillow bag… we really couldn’t be bothered to come and search for someone to provide us with one after previous searches for a member of staff..
We would have discussed all of these points when we left the hotel this morning but sadly, you guessed it, we couldn’t find anyone to talk to….
