"The hallways abdelevators were very dated. A few walls had some fist-sized dents. However, the room was very clean, updated, and the bed was comfy. Lobby was very nice and inviting. Staff was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. "

"My significant other and I stayed over night for our first Blackhawks game (they won!). If you are on a tight budget like us, this place is perfect. We didnt spend a lot of time in the room but it was nice- appeared to have new paint and flooring. The bed was a little lumpy and pillows were a little too firm, this isnt a complaint just a heads up. I do not know if we could have requested other pillows but it was too late and we were exhausted after our adventure to mess with it. All the staff we encountered were helpful and kind. We did appreciate the extra level of security since you cant enter the building without a keycard/room key. "

"Everything is great about the room- Very comfortable bed, very nicely decorated, spacious. My only complaint would be the low quality breakfast with few options. The buffet style egg, sausage and potato squares looked unappetizing. There were bread, bagels, and waffles to put into one shared toaster. There were two types of cereal, and one fruit option -bananas. No yogurt, no pastries. two minute drive to the shopping mall which was wonderful!"
