From start to finish our stay at Westerwood was a sheer delight. Our room was clean and very comfortable, and was cleaned and tidied every day. The staff were exemplary in their courtesy and professionalism - very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was huge - loads of choice (including haggis, which I had every morning!), with the hot selection all freshly cooked and monitored so that there was always plenty. Dining in the restaurant was exquisite - gorgeous food and again, excellent service.
The spa is great too, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, all included in the room price, and lots of treatments on offer at very reasonable charges.
All in all a lovely, peaceful, and friendly place to spend a long weekend break - and we really can't wait to go back next year for a week's holiday.
Arrived at the hotel to check in at around 3pm, this was dealt with very quickly and I was given my room key and directions, found it easily, sorted my clothing and was back out to meet friends in a matter of minutes, my impression of the hotel at this poing was very good
We are spoiled by gratitude and friendliness of such a trained staff. It made our stay even nicer. Executive suits are recommended as u can access executive lounge and it's a plus. Enjoyed our stay at Hilton Glasgow n would recommend to every one.
I worried once I booked it because it was so cheap! Very clean, efficient, good bed, good shower. Free parking. easy to find. Restaurants on the doorstep. Ours was a one night stop. I had terrible tooth ache so needed peace and quiet and comfort and didn't want to have to walk around looking for somewhere to eat. It was super easy to find-parking was free. All good for that price.
