5/5 Excellent
Excellent hotel
"Great hotel, comfortable stay. Room was of a high standard with only issues being lack of working TV channels and no complimentary shower gel left in room. Staff looked after our daughter and made her feel welcome. Would definitely return and recommend to others."

"Hotel was in an ideal city centre location. Room was small but clean and up to date. We had no view and from early on until late at night there was a rumbling noise every 5-10minutes. (Like someone putting big bins out) you eventually get used to it. Beds were comfy. All staff were really friendly especially at check in (Stephanie?) We have a disabled little boy so parking across the road was expensive for us as wd needed to use the car to get places rather than buses or public transport (but that was on us when booking) "

"We had 2 rooms for 4 of us, and the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was great. All staff we met was polite and helpful. And for the price the hotel was a great choice and a bargain. We would all stay there again "
