Very loud and unisulated. it sounds like everyone is slamming the doors at all hours but they just close hard. last night there a soccer team checked in and the kids were running up and down the hall way at 630 in the morning kicking the ball.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Room was great. Hotel was a bit difficult to find at night off the street a bit in an area with apartments. It was quiet and safe just tricky to see the turn in in the dark.

It was convenient to the family we were visiting with lots of food options. However, it was most every night. One night there was a youth soccer tournament in town so 20 kids were screaming in the pool. We could hear people being loud in the halls all 4 nights though

The staff were all great, and always responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. Loved the whirlpool! Also, it was convenient to bring take-out dinners back to the property to eat in the lobby area. The hotel area was not too busy, but it was easy to get onto the highways to travel to other locations.

The rooms were disgusting. Cockroaches, dust, dirt. No joke. Plumbing didnt work. Shower didnt drain. Toilet didnt flush. Tv didnt work. Pool closed. Cleaning service did little more than pull bedsheets up on bed. Overall it was the worst hotel experience of my life.

The staff was very kind and friendly, and the facilities were good. However we had to call the desk with two noise complaints overnight, at 11:15pm and 3:30am, when neighbors were yelling loudly and bouncing a basketball. The staff said they would handle it but it took nearly an hour each time for the noise to be resolved. That's not specifically a problem with the hotel but perhaps with their protocols for handling noisy guests. I have two young kids so I don't realistically expect perfect silence, but this sounded like adults making all this noise during obvious quiet hours.

A good choice
This hotel isn’t fancy but it is clean so it made a good place to stay. The hotel has been updated and the beds were comfortable. There is a good breakfast offered which helped a lot. It’s very reasonably priced and I would definitely return.

I want to compliment Anita, her sister, & the other gals who worked so hard on the breakfast preparation & keeping everything stocked with a large number of guest (lots of kids too). They did an excellent job cleaning up after guests as well. Staff is often taken for granted, but these gals were awesome. Also, Anita helped me with my tv too. Desk staff also very welcoming. First off the staff were incredible and the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Both the morning and night staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the hotel was filthy! The bed was extremely comfortable but the sheets smelled strongly like a mix of bleach and BO. They definitely have some plumbing issues. The shower and sink backed up every time the water was turned on and would not drain. The shower had a questionable brown stain in it so I did not want to get in without shoes. Every time the toilet flushed it would not stop flushing and I had to jiggle the handle for a while to get the water to stop flushing every few seconds which was very loud and made it difficult to relax. The pool area looked like it had not been swept in weeks. Band-Aids and food all over the floor and hair ties and trash at the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was cold, murky, and only one jet was functioning. There was also only 1 towel in the pool area and it was more of a hand towel than a pool towel. The area was not bad and parking was not an issue but the lack of cleanliness was disturbing to say the least.

Satisfied overall. The location of the hotel was good. the staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter is a light sleeper and we could hear all of the comings and goings of other guests. And we had a family above us that was a bit loud. The laundry was broken during our stay.

My only complaints are those I have for stays at any hotel: housekeeping should be allowed to clean like a guest stays, with a light on and doors closed (at least when turning the room over to a new guest). Its close to everything but the cleanest is lack. The elevator was nasty. The bathroom had excessive hair,long strings too. The bed sheets need washing they where brown. The garbage can lack trash liners. The TV was leaning hard to the right. No local channels, no smart tvs either. For the price it suppose to be a plus. The hotel like mentioned above outdated. The alarm went off made everyone evacuate,we had to stand outside. Then fire cheif was concerned the alarm wouldn't reset. The heavy set young lady with glass red hair Set and talked about everyone that went past. Her and the manager who watched TV loudly, texting one another about the customers. This is so unprofessional on all levels. Manager was a younger young lady threatening to leave and taking the red hair young lady with her. They sit while you stand there they can see you on camera but wont get up. The guy was extremely nice along with the breakfast tenant lady.
