“Nie surprise”
Arrived after a 6 hrs journey and was greated by friendly receptionaist who upgraded us to one of the new renovated rooms. New rooms were very spacious (large enough to swing a cat), comfortable clean bed and great hot buffet breakfast. They even provided a range of coffees eg cappucinno when we requested at no charge.
“Nice location, very central”
Found hotel very pleasant. Parking was easy and nearby, 20 euro per day. Comfortable room with nice toiletries provided. Stayed one night, would definately go back again.
“Nice business hotel”
Nice business hotel locatd in a central square. The room wasn't anything special. Great breakfast (with local specialities as, for example, focaccia genovese)
“NH is a great chain, consistent and clean”
One tip: some rooms are dramatically smaller than others. We asked for a tub and got moved into a much larger room after a first night in a comfortable but cell-like room.
“Soggiorno molto piacevole”
Hotel nel complesso confortevole e ottimamente posizionato. La reception inizialmente sembra un po' anonima, ma la camera assegnatami nella parte ristrutturata, se pure di dimensioni monastiche era completa di tutto, molto comoda e pulita e silenziossima. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile e il ristorante di ottimo livello. Tornando a Genova sceglierei nuovamente questo hotel.

“Esperienza da dimenticare”
Pessimo rapporto prezzo/prestazioni. Camera vecchia, hotel solo parzialmente ristrutturato. A colazione servono succhi di frutta diluiti con l'acqua ! A mio parere tutto cio' e' inqualificabile per un 4 stelle !
“Hotel bello e comodo”
Hotel bello, nuovo, comodo e in posizione centrale. Le camere sono un po' piccoline, ma sono ben organizzate e restano comunque confortevoli. Non male le colazioni (aperte nel fine settimana fino alle 10.30!); molto piacevole la scelta di saponette e simili in camera: di buona qualita' e provenienti dal commercio equo.
“Hotel NH Plaza - Genova”
Bellissimo hotel, in uno dei quartieri più belli di Genova. Ideale per chi vuole recarsi a visitare l'acquario perché si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da questa attrazione di Genova. Le stanze sono molto spaziose e belle. Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini
