Hotel is in a good location, it's near to the bus and tram and is a 15 minute walk from the train station. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and has a nice little bar.

The team on the front desk were amazing. So helpful. Rooms were great, tram stop close by so can get it the centre or the station or the old town easily, and for free and the hotel give you a pass.

We arrived at noon and told to come back at 2 for check in. But probably not available to perhaps regular check in at 3 pm. Came back at 2:15. They said … not ready. But 3 pm for sure.
We didn’t get into room until 4:30. I was done with not getting in at 2 , but 4:30 was not appropriate

The staff were really welcoming and nice. They gave us an upgrade to junior suite. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The location was a bit far from the old town but there are so many ways to get there. I highly recommend it.
