“Basic but functional, good location”

This hotel calls itself an eco hotel which is short for "minimized ammenities." The soap is in dispensers and there was no facial tissue and minimal towels. I had a good bed and place to sleep and that's all I wanted. The location is very convenient to the train station.

“Good value in an expensive city!”

I booked this hotel for my mum, gran and myself because it was the cheapest of the most conveniently located hotels. The room was basic and a decent size. The bathroom was clean and comfortable to move around in. There isa tram and bus stop close by and lots of shops and cafe's. There is a good cheap thai/chinese restaurant close by for those on a budget. Only down side was the roadworks directly outside two sides of the hotel so the noise in the middle of the day meant we couldnt keep the windows open. All in all good value.

“Ibis Geneve Centre Gare Summer 2010”

Small rooms, even smaller bathroom, but clean and relatively well taken care of. Friendly and helpful personnel, very convinient location, OK pricing. Good for a short stay.

“Hotel Ibis Geneva Centre”

The hotel did what it said on the tim. A good budget Hotel. Quite smart and neat. The hotel also offered free wi-fii. When you leave the train station, just turn right and keep walking abt 1/2 a kilometre, to the Rue Voltaire. Turn right, and and the Ibis is abt 100metres ahead.

“Not something i would want to stay again in if given a choice.”

the room flooring is just like the kids have in thier play area. red in color if you walk bare feet, the feet would get dirty and you would have to wash them again and again. probably they clean it but since the material is such all that is claening is still much to be desired. only lift leading to rooms was tiny where u could fit only 3 persons max. if given a choice i would not stay here staff is friendly and helpful.

“安定したパフォーマンスです”

友人と3人でこのホテルを利用した学生です。 部屋がベッド2つということで安くなったのでこのホテルを選択しました。 ホテルの中は共用部分、部屋共にきれいにされていて、非常に落ち着いて滞在することができました。 またどの宿泊者も、フロントでは無料でWi-Fiを利用することができました。 そしてフロントの方も非常にフレンドリーで優しく、ショッピングにオススメの場所などを丁寧に教えてくれました。 立地ですが、ジュネーブ駅から徒歩10分ほどで着くことができ、ホテル近くのトラム乗り場からショッピング街へと直接行くこともできましたが、近くには暗い道もあり1人では少し不安になる方もいるかもしれません。 相場の高いジュネーブのホテルの中では、割と利用しやすいホテルだと思います。 極端にラグジュアリーを求めない方にとっては、十分に滞在を楽しむことのできるホテルだと思います。

シャモニーはオススメです。 日本では見られないような山々を見ることができたり、どこか日本の温泉街に似た雰囲気を醸し出す街並みを持つシャモニーは、心からゆっくりと観光を楽しむことのできるエリアだと思います。 また、シャモニーへと向かう電車からは様々に変わる景色を楽しむことができ、非常に満足できました。

時計の街スイスですから、お土産に時計を買われる方が多いと思います。 私もスイス製の時計を買いましたので、そのショッピングの感想を書かせていただきます。 まず、ジュネーブには多くの時計店、時計を扱う土産店があります。 私が見た限りでは、どこのお店も同じ商品は同じ値段で取り扱っていました。（型落品をディスカント価格で売っている土産店は多く見かけました。） 品ぞろえはお店によって様々ですので、お目当てのモデルなどない人はいろいろなお店を回ることをお勧めします。 英語でのショッピングが不安な方は、日本語OKという時計店もありましたので探してみても良いかもしれません。 みなさんのショッピング、そしてご旅行が楽しいものとなることを心からお祈りしてます。
