The hotel was a nice mid-range hotel. The room was good, and included a kitchenette, which I liked a lot. The staff were nice, and the included breakfast was quite a passable spread, not just coffee and a muffin as many hotels provide. This is a nice bonus in a city where eating can be pricey. However, the lack of AC was a killer. It broke 30 degrees celcius that weekend, and there is only a single small window in the kitchen. The balcony doors were sealed shut. I would have happily given a 4 star rating, but the combination of jet lag and hot room meant I wasn't sleeping very much. At least there was a little fan.
But overall, a nice place, nice staff, good value. Out of the summer months, highly recommended.
