“good if you have a car”

This is nice hotel but it is isolated, there is not much around it you must have a car, my family happy with the DSL internet in the apt. Geneva center about 10 km.bad thing about it no microwave & no iron. Yes we recommend it and come back again.

they don't clean the room every day, when i make shower i can not make full standing, the ceiling not hi, I'm 176 cm. tall!.

“Like a horror movie”

This "hotel" was so bad, we spent the night in the airport. We were told to take a taxi from the train station to get there (as they don't have a shuttle),but the hotel staff would arrange for a taxi to the airport in the morning. We were told how much to expect to pay for the taxi. After trying about 10 taxi drivers, we got one who was willing to TRY to find the hotel. The taxi cost more than double what we were told. When we got there, no one was in the office, an envelope was there with our name on it and a key inside. There was a note on the door that the office would be open at 7:30am the next day. We needed to be at the airport about an hour before that & had no taxi to take us. We tried using the phone in the villa, but since it was in France, not Switzerland, we were unsuccessful. We were trapped and going to miss our flight the next morning. The door wouldn't lock with the key and there was no shower curtain. There were no ammenities anywhere around. So, we waited outside the office in the rain until another hapless soul came by and we talked that taxi driver into taking us back to the airport. He charged twice the amount. All in all, it was a nightmare. This is not a normal hotel. It's more like an apartment complex. I was able to talk to someone there who told me I should have organized myself better. Like I knew no one would be there in the office. There were other frightened people there, too. I don't know how they made out.
