Room had a very dated decor and smelled stale. Not particularly clean overall. Mildew stains in the bathroom, shower drain falling apart etc. Not exactly budget priced, so I expected a higher standard. Parking is extra, but convenient, however the underground parking spots are tight, not great for a large car. Breakfast was extra and it was very disappointing - cold sausages, cold scrambled eggs, limited selection. Not worth the extra money. Hotel is very conveniently located. The walk to the castle takes about 10 minutes at an easy pace. There are restaurants and grocery stores around the corner from the hotel. Street parking (paid parking during the day) is available not far away either. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Efficient check in. Decent size room. Free tea coffee with hot water at reception. Convenient for station, town centre and visiting Malbork Castle.

Over charged
I have been overcharged for this hotel stay, despite booking to pay in local currency, they've chosen to use their own conversion rate to GBP. When I checked out it was already pre-paid, I only found out on my card statement. Be very careful when checking out.

Perfect for Zamek Malbork parkrun
Lovely hotel idea for our parkrun tour to zamek malbork parkrun. Close to shops, stations bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were welcoming and rooms did what needed to do

This hotel is located about 4 blocks from the main entrance to the Teutonic Knights Castle in Malbork. As we planned to spend several days examining the site, the hotel was very convenient. The hotel serves a huge breakfast buffet and has a nice restaurant for evening dining. The staff was very helpful in booking train tickets etc, Multi-lingual staff - some speak better English than others, but they can cimmunicate in an impressive array of languages. No air-conditioning.

Very good, no aircon but only bad because it was really hot, otherwise you would not notice it.

Nice Hotel within short distance from the castle
The hotel has a very nice location in close proximity to the castle. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the gates of the castle. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. The only problem we had was that our Tv was not working properly.

Great value, great location (except for some traffic noise) easy walk to Train station & Castle. Mattress was les then great but for the price about what you would expect. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Dinner at restaurant was great; traditional Polish soup was delicious.

The hotel was in walking distance to the main attraction of the city, Marlbork Castle. Also close to the main square with access to restaurants.

Great for staying before visiting the castle
Great breakfast, really friendly receptionist, room was clean, interesting and a bit quirky decor (castle themed but not tacky). The only thing was that the Internet reception was very weak (nearly non-existent). But would recommend for people wanting to go to the castle the next day (or not being able to see everything in one day!! If we'd only known quite how much there would be to see, we might have considered going another day too!)

Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr gut, Kompetenz laesst zu wuenschen uebrig. Fruehstueck gut. Hotel benoetigt eine Renovierung. Eins unserer beiden Zimmer hatte keinen Duschvorhang oder sonstige Abtrennung, sodass man das Bad unter Wasser setzen musste. Fuer Zimmer im zweiten Stock kein Aufzug. Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis katastrophal schlecht im Vergleich zu Berlin oder den Hauptstaedten der baltischen Staaten, und noch schlechter, wenn man das allgemeine Preisgefuege in Polen beruecksichtigt.

Ein empfehlenswertes preisgünstiges Hotel
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber vorbildliche Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im gesamten Hotel. Die Stellplätze in der Garage sind durch viele Pfeiler sehr eng.Hinter dem Hotel eine Baustelle. Sie ist gut abgedichtet und hat kaum gestört.

schönes Hotel für wenig Geld
Beim einchecken wurden wir herzlich empfangen, das Zimmer war sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Roomservice war auch großartig. Vom Hotel konnte man super zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, auch die Marienburg war innerhalb von ein paar Minuten erreichbar.

Sehr gute Lage für den Besuch der Marienburg.
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr bemüht, hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind ordentlich. Unterstellungsmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und Autos optimal. Das Restaurant bietet gute eine Küche und macht den Aufenthalt angenehm.

Greit hotel
Helt greit hotel, men servicen i restauranten på hotellet var elendig. Unge, uerfarne servitører, vinen kom lenge etter at middagen var fortært! Da vi klaget fikk vi beskjed om at det var mange andre som også ventet! Men de hadde faktisk ikke fått maten enda. Man forventer at vinen serveres til maten, ikke etterpå!
