Great location, quiet side street in the old town, so everything near. The classic room was small but manageable for short stay, had good facilities. Breakfast buffet extra but good value, although less choice last day.

Amazing
I really enjoyed my 2 nights break in this hotel. The Apart Neptun has a great location. Room is super fresh! Clean and even possibility to make a tea or coffee! I love the view from the window! It's a boutique hotel which is situated in a quiet street, close to coffee shops, restaurants, shops and just the corner from the most beautiful street in Gdansk: Maricka Street! The only one thing which I can suggest is to add a blanket or throw, it will make the bed and the room looks cozy. Highly recommend.

Great, fresh looking hotel in the heart of Gdansk Old Town. Walking distance to all attractions, Neptun, museums and Moltawa river Boardwalk. The only comment I may have is restaurant downstairs that do not offer room service. After eating out for 3 straight days we had to go out to buy food for in room consumption. Found great sushi restaurant 100 yards away, Euphoria Bar where we ordered above excellent selection of rolls and salads.

Apartment was very clean if basic: no frills but we were comfortable enough. We did not use the kitchenette facility. This was extremely small but seemed adequately stocked with equipment and utensils. There were friendly staff at reception who were happy to help us. The breakfast option at the restaurant next door was mediocre for the price with a very limited selection of luke warm foods but plenty of cold food options and if you were hungry it was all you could eat for the price. The location is the selling point for this property. It is totally central yet on a quieter side street.

Great property in heart of the old town. As long as you like huge church’s with amazing chimes on the hour. Perfect views Of the old town Great staff. Only had breakfast once and pretty decent selection. Would definitely go here again ! Thank you

Awesome place in old town!
Hotel Neptun is in a fantastic location and a gorgeous city. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast that I opted to include were very good. They shocked me by upgrading me to an apartment and it was absolutely beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for anybody going to Gdansk

What I like about this hotel: the super central location in the old town, close to all the attractions, the efficient and welcoming staff , the lovely studio I stayed in, with a fantastic vue toward the Basylika, the excellent breakfast, the secured entrance, the spaceful cooking/sitting/eating area în the room. Yes, I would come back again bere!

Fantastic location, friendly staff, recomended
The location is fantastic, so near to the Old Town and the Waterfront. Lots of cafes/bars/restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very eco-friendly, didn't replace/wash towels they didn't need to, just took the ones we put in the bathtub etc. The hotel reception staff always smiled when we arrived/left, and also the room was ready when we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. The only complaint... is that the room doors do bang loudly when shutting if the occupier isn't considerate enough to close it gently and unfortunately it seems that lots of their guests were oblivious to this and just let their door slam shut at 2am/3am etc... so perhaps the hotel could put up some signs 'shhhhh, please me respectful of other guests', I know that sounds silly, but sometimes they make a difference as they remind people that others may be sleeping.

A few days in Gdansk
Lovely hotel, great location - so close to a variety of places to eat and most tourist attractions. Hotel was very clean and well-appointed, tea & coffee facilities in room, free bottled water, comfy seating, good wifi. Shower was great, bed slightly too soft for our taste but that's a personal preference! Breakfast was very good, plenty of variety. Check in was very quick and straightforward, all staff seemed very pleasant and smiled a lot!

Perfect hotel stay
Perfect location to stay, staff very helpful. Room was very well sized and cleaned perfectly with a lovely big bathroom. Breakfast was ok as continental but we ate out after 1st morning to find hot breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful staff. Shower door opened into the shower so you could not close it once you stood in the shower. The bed was comfortable but way too low to the floor so it was hard getting out of the bed.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. No problem getting extra pillows and towels. Staff were very friendly. At the end of our stay we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room which was fantastic as our flight was late in the evening. Definitely would stay there again.
