I had a very unpleasant experience with a hotel, I left the hotel immediately and I booked another hotel from Expedia,, dirty rooms, noisy drunk guests, charging a payment without my authorization !!.

The property was very nice very clean. Though some of the staff was quite rude, maybe they didn’t like foreigners. Otherwise it was an excellent hotel nicely priced.

Location good just few minutes city center Staff professional Thanks to the guy at reception he was usufull even I have problem with app Room clean ac and daily cleaning for my 3 nights stay Breakfast delicious and clean Recommend at all I give 10/10 They are not expensive for the offer they have Need to be prepared more for guests and to speak just a little English more that my advice to them All the best good luck

The hotel is very central, 10 minutes from all the main attractions, and next to a shopping mall. However, the hotel has three issues. First, the beds are super narrow and has some sort of top mattress that moves constantly. My mom fell from the bed at night and hurt her knee as a result. Second, the mini fridge is a peculiar one not cooling but only keeping the current temp. In a city this hot, not sure what the logic to this is. Third, on Expedia breakfast is posted as 23 tl but at the hotel it was 100 tl per person.

I liked my staying in this hotel. it is my 3rd time & the 2nd in a week. The style of the hotel can be known as it is a global chain. it is economy in my opinion more suitable for business stays. I stayed there for one-night stay on my way further. Rooms are small, barely enough to move & sleep. Furniture is clean. Everything is well calculated & just enough for a brief stay. I recommend this hotel.

Ibis hotel review
It was really good experience, the rooms are clean, disinfected regularly. Staff are friendly, especially Mr. Sergan at the reception desk, he is very cool, helpful, professional and smiling all the time, we were planning to stay for 2 nights but we stayed 2 nights more because is the best value for money you could find in the town. Breakfast is ok. Food is very good and affordable. Rooms service is good. Rooms are basic, you get one soap bar, shampoo and nothing else, if you need toothpaste, shave kit, etc.. you need to ask the reception. They got nice garden also. We were really satisfied and we will definitely come back again. Finally i would like to thank to Mr Sergan for his extraordinary professionalism and friendly attitude, and thank the hotel management in general for thier hard work and good service.

Omg this was the worst stay ever in a hotel, I have been to many turkyes cities and theyvwere all wow except this one. It was lieterally terrible. The staff are not helpful at all they answer your question without looking to the eyes and their answer is google it. We asked for a doctor to do PCR test they told us to search for a hospital and book, they could not help us identifying any near hospital
