“Enjoy staying there”

We have stayed there a view times and have enjoyed the stay each time. The location is very convenient. Breakfast buffet good, but could have alittle more variety. Rooms were clean.

“Very nice hotel..Would book again if I went back”

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service received at this motel..It was very clean and comfortable and location was great..The people were very friendly and the breakfast was very good..If I went back to this area, I woiuld book this motel again..

“Would stay again”

Had a nice stay, staff were very friendly. Room was average, bed was very comfortable Only issue we had, room was suppose to be No Smoking and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke

Area recommendations
Good place to go, we love the Dixie Stampede. Lots of things to see and do.

“great location”

the hotel was fairly clean, but needed a little tlc. for our purposes, its location was great. It's on the south end of pigeon forge with much less traffic than the middle of town. Easy to get on and off the parkway. Gatlinburg is also easily accessible. If we ever return to pigeon forge, would probably stay here.

“not here again”

Was an older hotel and had an issue with mold and musty smell. Had to go buy air freshener to spray to cover smell. Only stayed there because we could not get our money back and we did not spend a lot of time in room. Weather was great so was outdoors and away from room. If you just want somewhere to sleep I would not recommend this hotel. I actually think I stayed here several years ago and was in better shape at that point.

“Good value for dollar.”

Hotel and rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was very good.

Area recommendations
Anywhere on the Parkway is convienent to most activities.

“Pegion forge/Galtinburg”

hotel staff was great, very promp with any /all request we made, friendly,very helpful

Area recommendations
Dollywood, dixie stamped, all of the local resturants were very good, they have something for everyone

very family oriented, easy to get around, lots of entertainment

“Ok”

This hotel is older, the room overall wasn't too bad, some paint peeling in bathroom, carpet turned my sons feet completely black so could use a shampooing. Beds were ok not the most comfortable but slept ok, refrigerator in the room was very old and freezer part completely frozen over. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning while we were out. Didn't see any bugs or anything like that so overall was an ok stay but rooms do need to be updated and carpets cleaned.
