Everything about this property was great. Room was clean and just like it was described. Close and walkable to everything you could dream of. Swimming pool/hot tub was across the street was the only negative I would have to say.

Sorry for your issues, we have a daily towel exchange available in our Laundry for guests who may need additional towels. Also, our Resort Operations Team is ready to address any and all room issues, all you have to do is dial -0- and the Front Desk will dispatch a team member to your room.

First this is a review of the 2 story building that everybody has to check in. The nice building you will see on all the pictures is 3 blocks down on the other side of the road and we never entered that building. We booked the two queen bed room because that was what we needed, what we didn't know is they call it standard room and it is where the check in is located at. This building is an old motel and it's nothing to compare to the other one. It was dirty, it smelled bad, it needed renovations and the room door is right on the street. We had it booked for two nights and after we checked in we realized we had to stay there for at lease one night since we didn't find anything else, but we book a different hotel for our second night, left a day early and ended up paying extra night. I told them that we are leaving earlier because the room is dirty and it is not what we were expecting and the lady at the office didn't even say sorry. We are not coming back.

There was a leak from the property above us into our spa tub and also into our shower. The staff was very helpful and the inside of the property was very nice, however, it is clear that the exterior needs work, door paint is chipped and exterior siding, dirty. Properties need constant upkeep and investment or they gradually go downhill

The condo met our expectations. The facilities are a little dated but there are lots of fun things to do on the property (basketball, ping pong, pool - although the indoor pool water was very cold). It was right by a trolley stop, which was nice, and also a great location to walk from. It was easy to find a parking spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Convenient to the parkway. Kitchen was well stocked with frequently used items to cook. Didnt like that the hottub was very small for how big the resort was... always filled with at least 6-8 adults and lots of kids running in and out.

Location was a plus. It’s within walking distance to all downtown Gatlinburg activities. The room was very clean and has some updated items such as the bathtub but more needs to be done to bring it up to higher score. The room was very dark with older dark carpet. Our room was located on the back facing an adjoining parking lot that had a bright light shining directly into our room all night. While this was not something they could control, A simple addition of room darkening shades would have prevented us from waking up at 2:30am thinking it was already morning outside. If you’re looking for a peaceful room, this is not it and also why it only gets 3 stars. The dumpster picked up every morning at 3:30 am right outside our room. If you have light sleepers such as kids, this is not good.

We absolutely loved this place. So clean and nice. We got upgraded from a basic king hotel room to a 1 bedroom suite for no reason and it made it that much better. The bed was comfy and the overall feel was that you could live there. There was one problem as I was sitting in a kitchen chair putting my shoes on for the day the chair collapsed. Management was notified and Tim the head of maintenance came up to get information. He was more concerned with me than anything else. I did end up having to seek medical attention because the hit on the floor was brutal on my spine. Other than that loved it and would stay again.

We loved where the property was, we’re able to walk to all the attractions with no problem. It seemed cleaned but once you took a look around they could have done a better job. My husband woke up with more and more bites as each day passed. He has more than 10 bites all around his arms, legs and hands even one under his chin. We’re thinking bed bugs, so now I have to take extra steps once home to make sure it doesn’t become a problem in our home :( Overall we liked the location!
