“Nice hotel for a weekend.”
Nice hotel for a weekend. Close to all area attactions. Room was small but clean. Staff very nice. River view a plus. Only complaint--bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. Reported to front desk when we checked out. Stated that they would fix it.
“not impressed:(”
This hotel has a great location, but it is so old. It really needs to replace the carpet and bedding. The bathroom is so small! It is smaller than a closet, and there was no closet. Around 11:30 pm, there was a very loud group of guests talking, and yelling loudly right outside of the door. The sound of traffic was very loud too. I love Pigeon Forge and have been visiting for 30 years, but will not frequent this hotel again. Please, please make some improvements so we can continue to enjoy the beauty of the Smokies.
“Never Again”
we opened the door and the room smelled terrible,we went to the local store and got air freshner and sprayed the room down. The bed spread had holes in it,was flat worn out,the sink was stained bad and was on outside of the bathroom (which I hate) bottom line old hotel that needs a complete makover would not stay again
“Review of Creekstone Inn”
Hotel was as advertised. It has not been upgraded or remodeled in a long time, it is very tired.
“3day stay”
Room was very clean but kinda small for 2 beds balcony had great view of the river. Sleeping at night seem rather quite especially for a place that was across from a campground. Overall satisfied stay With the stay.
“Stay by the creek, Great Location!”
Old hotel clean but I've stayed at cleaner, Nice location by the creek and other things. Hotel was dirty in some places had two guests on the bill and one towl I guess they're trying to cut back? Did let us check in early which was nice. Friendly staff pretty much, Probably would stay again but not sure.
“No chair in room hotel.”
Ever stay in a hotel without a chair? We did. No where to sit except in the Hot Tub or on the bed. Very uncomfortable. The only thing great about this hotel is the in room whirlpool tub and the location of the rambling creek from the balcony. Great sounds of the creek , watching the people in the campground across the creek and the sounds of the quacking ducks. We were looking for a romatic get away but we did not find it. Another thing, our bed matress had to be 20 years old or more and surely needed to be replaced. Needless to say we will not recommend or stay in this hotel again. Thanks for listening.........we moved the next day to a hotel in Cherokee.
