“Great Ladies retreat”

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good but a little slow to replace items. Had a great omelet bar. Only complaint was the water pressure was very bad. Could not get the two hairs on my head rinsed out! Went on a girls weekend and loved it. Will stay again

“Love this hotel!”

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 5 years. Love the suites. Very roomy and clean. Easy access to all points of interest in and around Pigeon Forge.

“Just a little disappointed”

Reserved over internet. Checked into room. Suite was not up to par. Manager was very nice and moved us to a better suite. Enjoyed our stay after that, but won't stay there anymore. Needs to be updated somewhat for a better experience. Location is not bad.

“Nice and basic”

The room was clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen. The free breakfast was great. Location can't be beat--the shuttles to Dollywood and Splash Country are within walking distance and cost only $.50. My only issue was that the bathroom and carpet could use an update. But it was a pleasant stay overall and we would stay there again.

“family vacation”

Service was ok, the breakfast was great. The room was dated and in need of updating. worn carpet, lumpy beds air not working properly. The size of the rooms are great for family of 5. nice kitchenette but bring your own kitchen supplies if you want to cook in the room. Location was great close to everything and easy in and out.

gatlenburg and pigeon forge were great.

Getting around

use the back roads off dollywood lane to get around quickly.

Must see

Rafting in the Smokies is a great place to take the family guides were really good, on the way back we went to forbiden caves. kind of expensive but cool. Also on way back plan to visit Bush's baked beans factory. Free tour and great place to eat.

“Pleasant. Good for travelling with families”

Pleasant hotel. Very convenient location if travelling to Dollywood (and surrounding) and one prefers a hotel vs. a "cabin". Since it's a suite it came equipped with a full kitchen, but best of all - it served breakfast every morning and had a great pool - so perfect for traveling with kids.

“Great Stay!”

I absolutely LOVED this hotel! It was so nice that my mom actually sent me down to the front desk to make sure she wasn't over charged because the rooms were that nice! It was like staying in an apartment. Coming from New York, I am used to small space for way more money. This was SO nice and I would go back in an instant.

“A nice hotel for the price”

Nice clean rooms. Location was reasonable. Kitchen was good with full fridge and stove. Best thing about the hotel was complimentary breakfast, with lot of variety.
