“Will be back!”

This was our 4th stay at this property. We will definitely keep it in mind when we stay in this area of Dallas. The staff are always very accommodating and friendly. The only thing I can say about rating the hotel 4's instead of 5's this time - a foul odor on our floor, but they were trying to take care of it when we arrived; a few stains in the carpet in our room; and the checkout crew were distracted by something as they almost missed us checking out and didn't give us the usual "see you next time". Nevertheless, a place to stay without worrying about comfort, cleanliness, or breakfast! Very pleased overall.

This was the first time my family and myself stay at this hotel. Everything was great and we enjoyed the time we spent there.

We were extremely pleased, not only with the hotel, but with the staff. Everyone went out of their way to help you. Hotel is near restaurants and shopping. Don't bother with the IHOP for breakfast - too busy... Hotel offers breakfast also, but I heard that Two Rows has an awesome breakfast buffet on the weekends. We will try that next time. For the cost.. it was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time.

“Best hotel in the area”

This is one of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast downstairs is better than the typical continental breakfast at other hotels..they even serve Seattle's Best coffee! Since we have family in the area, we will continue staying here when we visit.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and very modern. The rooms were exactly as pictured on the website. We really enjoyed our stay and we did not want to return to Houston because the rooms were so nice. I would recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Excellent room! Modern, clean and up-to-dated! All the comforts of home, flat screen tv w/ open game/dvd port, full couch (doubles as a sleeper), small refrigerator, plenty of storage, strarbucks and plenty of other comfort features.
