Pros: inclusive breakfast
Cons: the very long trek to our room
only there a night, but loved the city...one way ramp to garage with a large van(12 seater) a little tricky.

Pros: the welcome and staff were super, lovely rooms, clean, super room service! facilities were great
Cons: the only thing is the lifts at checkout time its crazy as they service the car park also
staff were so welcoming and friendly, the rooms had been refurbed since I was there. the bar area was very relaxing and there was a piano player entertaining us! gym and pool area were super! outdoor hot tub!

Soulless accomodation

Posted 25-Apr-2014
Didn't like how the apartments were separate from hotel . Pump for hot water didn't work , had a bad nights sleep because of noise , plumber called said he would fix it . Still not working second evening , had to turn it off so we could sleep , plumber woke us up at 8.15 to switch it back on . Great holiday !! Dishwasher had mould in it , beds not made , no dressing gowns , no luxuries .

This is our second time staying in this hotel and needless to say we had a fantastic holiday. We stayed in the Luxury Apartments this time and were not disappointed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and caters for all appetites. The Spa Staff were lovely and very professional.

Great location

Posted 25-Feb-2014
Pros: The warm and friendly welcome. The location and facilities . The evening meals .
Cons: Free parking and warmer breakfast . Also when you have first time visitors please put them in a easy reachable room not miles away from reception.
Location: Great live Irish music bars and nice restaurants
We stayed for 3 Nights The first one was very noisy and we were worried it was going to be like that all week end but it was not . the room could not have been further away from reception and we had to get 2 lifts which really put us off . We will stay there again but we will request a more convenient room . We could walk into town and walk to all all the facilities . The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The only down size was the breakfasts were only Luke warm never hot . Also we never had enough tea and coffee facilities in the room so ordered more from reception and they still only bought one tea bag . The food was really enjoyable in the Antrim but we had to pour are own wine which we should not have to do .
