“Pretty good hotel, is improving.”
Great people, building is a little dated, but there is refurbishment going on. Brilliant breakfasts and their Bistro is fair.
“Great Hotel,Great Staff, However definatly not 5 min walk from Galway Center”
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, we had dinner and breakfast here, dinner was delicious and waiting staff very polite, however at breakfast although also delicious the buffet was not checked often enough to ensure all food drinks etc was topped up, thsi did not affect us however I could see when other guests arrived there was very little food left, the rooms are very spacious and clean, the bed is huge! and very comfortable, the main point that disappointed me about this hotel was that it stated it was a 5 minute walk form Galway center (Eyre Square) however this is definatly not the case and we had to get taxi in and out. Despite this I would definatly stay here again and recommend this hotel as it is very reasonably priced for a 4* hotel and I truley enjoyed my stay here!!

“Galway's Girl!”
This is a hidden gem! Literally a 15 minute walk from the City Centre. Our room was HUGE with a massive King Bed. Hotel staff were very polite and welcoming. The food and selection of drink was awesome and it was surprisingly reasonable. Also, it has FREE underground parking for all staying guests. If you're gonna stay in Galway, consider staying here. If you think it's too far away from the town centre, trust me, it's not!

Excellent value in a very good hotel.
“Unexpected let down”
Very disappointed with this Mariott property, they charged to use their business computers in the lobby, they charged to make a phone call from your room using a calling card. The rooms were not that nice, compared to the typical Courtyard Mariott's in the states. Get a B&B the people in Ireland are extremely friendly and will let you use their home phone to call anywhere in Ireland and they don't charge extra for it.
