“Great hotel in Galway”

Lovely hotel, accommodating staff, fantastic breakfast definitely worth the extra charge.

“Excellent Galway Hotel - Excellent Galway Location”

We couldn't have picked a more ideal hotel to spend our 3 days/2 nights in Galway. From the moment we pulled into their parking lot, we were greeted by enthusiastic hotel personnel, ready to please the customer. Our check in was seamless; our room provided all the necessary furnishings; room safe, in room bar, valet presser, ample closet space, and immaculately clean. The breakfast was outstanding, which included a buffet as well as any item off the menu. Additionally, the service was superb, by anyone and everyone who waited on us or greeted us. The hotel is approximately 150 feet from the main square. Everything within Galway was well within walking distance and safe.

All in our group (4) were very pleased with both the ambience of the hotel and the quality of the service and breakfast.

We even made a point of finding the duty manager before leaving to tell him how satisfied we were with the hotel. Each department from check-in, to food and beverage to housekeeping was crisp and well managed. There were frequent smiles and eye contact from everyone we encountered which is most important to us. The product itself (food, room, etc.) was first rate as well. With our expedia rate, this hotel was the bargain of our two months in Europe.

“Just what we needed”

It provided just what we were looking for. It was clean, conveniently located, and friendly. Included Irish breakfast a plus. I would recommend this hotel especially on a weekend, as it's just across the square from the downtown pedestrian area, but far enough away from most of the bars & nightclubs that you're not listening to drunk people wandering out of the pubs at all hours. Wish the comfort of the beds better reflected the room rate, but not a showstopper.

The hotel was easy to find driving into the city, the staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were quite nice and the location was great. Easy access to Galway city centre but not in the middle of all the noise of the festivities of the night. Great irish pub with traditional music and dancing at night.

“Great value for money Galway Hotel”

Great Hotel, excellent staff, great atmosphere in all areas of the building, great location. Good for parking at 10 Euros a day. If the small parking lot is full then there is a multi storey car park right next door. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Lovely bar and restaurant
