“Excellent staff”

Arrived on a motorbike as we were touring Ireland. Receptionist very friendly and informative. The multi-storey car park is next door and there is a exit door directly from it into the hotel. Went to the Bar for a drink in the very pleasent modern bar. Barman was also very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms seem to have been recently refurbished and the room had everything needed althought I notice that like most other hotels nowadays there was coffee/tea facilities but no wee biscuits. Had Iron in room and good TV reception which is a plus. Good security at front door at night and the residents bar stayed open until 1.30. Breakfast was excellent and the choice was very extensive. Staff again were very helpful. Whilst the hotel itself is modern it the the staff who are the exception from other similar establishments and are very friendly and helpful.

“Amazing hotel experience!”

Perfect location for shops and bars - right in the heart of the city. Great view of the water. The room was way better than we expected! Amazing value. Definitely recommend!

“Great Galway Stay”

We only had one night in Galway and we picked the best hotel for it. The Jury's Inn Galway has just about the best location for a Galway hotel. Right at the foot of High Street and along the water's edge, the Jury's Inn offered more than just a place to rest your head. High Street and its many intersecting avenues offer enough shopping and pubs to keep you busy for a long time, and everything is in walikng distance. Nearby along High street be sure to pop into the following pubs for grub and pints: Taffes, Kings Head and the Quays!

“Center of it all”

This is a very nice hotel, in the center of everything we needed. Food, pubs, and near to our family that lived there. I requested a view of the river and got a huge room big enough for a whole family with amazing view of the river. This was in December so the weather was quite wet and it was very nice to be in the center of things without having to go too far. Underground parking was next door so we never had to go out into the rain to load up our car. Enjoyed our hotel and our visit to Jurys.

“Great location”

We had two rooms for two nights. We requested river view for both rooms. One was at ground level which was not as private as the upper floors.Staff was great.

“Galway”

This hotel's location was perfect for our first trip to Ireland. We never ate at the hotel so I cannot give a review on the food/bar. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions.

“Great first impressions”

We stayed one night here before meeting with a cycling tour. We were absolutely exhausted from our flights over, having had some flight cancellations, panicked running between terminals, etc; the room was clean, super comfortable, nicely appointed, the bed was luxurious, and we slept a good 12 hours straight and were completely refreshed before meeting our tour the next day. Staff was courteous but not always accurate with estimates(i.e. when is room ready).
