“First appearance was "excellent"”

Really could not fault this hotel. At a very reasonable rate, the best value for money hotel we have ever encountered.

“very satisfied. great rate.”

very happy with this hotel. my cousin and i enjoyed 2 nights there room only and we were more than happy with their very reasonable rate. The hotel has a great leisure centre with steam room sauna and outdoor hot tub , and use of leisure centre included in price. The only negitive thing was the food in the bar. I ordered a burger which was described on the menu as 100% Irish beef burger. I got instead a very bad definitley not hand made piece of tough something? And I got 2 of them just to add insult to injury! But aside from that I would recommend this hotel.

Area recommendations
If weather permits please ensure you take a walk along the sea which is just a few minutes walk from hotel.

“Nice Hotel”

Hotel was adequate for our stay. Always clean towels, and staff was very helpful and kind.

“Super Hotel, etwas ausserhalb von Galway aber sofort wieder.”

Zimmer sehr groß, Doppel- und Einzelbett je Zimmer, schön eingerichtet, Wasserkocher sowie Tee und Kaffee und Tassen vorhanden, Bad toll. Pool und vorallem Whirlpool super! Badekappenpflicht - wenn nicht vorhanden kann man vor Ort eine Kaufen für 2 Euro. Empfang super nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück Continental 9,00 €/ Irish 6,50 € p/P. (wir haben selber frühstück im Zimmer gemacht - überall hats Aldi und Lidl) Mit dem Parkplatz absolut keine Probleme - sind genügend vorhanden. Zum Stadtzentrum etwas länger - mit dem Auto ca. 10 - 15 Min., mit dem Bus ca. 20 Min. Fährt direkt am Hotel weg. Nächstes Jahr komme ich wieder!!!

Area recommendations
Auf jedenfall das Stadtzentrum besuchen - super nette und tolle Stadt. Bei mehreren Nächten auf jedenfall einen Tagesausflug nach Connemara. Wahnsinns Gegend. Natürlich auch die berühmten Cliffs of Moher sowie das Burrenareal.

“Eher nicht noch einmal als gerne wieder”

Bei Ankunft vermittelte das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer, das man uns zuerst bot, war jedoch nicht gereinigt worden und entgegen unserer Buchung ein Raucherzimmer. Auch das Ersatzzimmer war ein Raucherzimmer und direkt neben der Klimaanlage des Hotels gelegen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist laut und ungemütlich, der Service nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Rezeptionistin war jedoch redlich bemüht. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Hotelführung wird wohl eher auf den Leisure und Spa Bereich konzentriert, da viele Gäste ausschließlich für einen Besuch des Gym/Leisure Zentrums kamen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt - und eigentlich von allem anderen auch - gelegen und bietet abends kaum Unterhaltunsmöglichkeiten. Nach dem hektischen Abendessen verzichteten wir am nächsten Morgen auf das Frühstück uns reisten zeitig ab.
