The Galway Belle
Stayed before many years ago and enjoyed it. The location is grand. Small so be mindful of your bags. Had one light that would come on and off automatically in the hallway of the room. I belive a motion sensor Understood it was there to help But became a nusance when trying to get ready as it would just turn off. Also have to be very mindful about physically locking the door since skeleton keys are used. Pretty niche and fun idea but at one point our door was open at 7 am so gonna belive that we just didn’t lock it from the inside with the key and not ghosts. But a nice spot ! Very friendly staff

Excellent location.
Two day trip from Dublin with family of 4. Family suite was spacious and comfortable. Overall cleanliness was nice and we’d definitely go back. Location is perfect and we were able to enjoy the Christmas market in Eyre Square a block away.

We stayed here for one night in 10/23. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking around downtown. Would happily stay here again.

Loved it!! Right there in the Latin Quarter and close enough to walk anywhere in a couple of minutes. The room was clean and the staff was amazing! Totally recommend.

Loved this great value hotel in the centre of Galway. The rooms were little small but well-equipped. The hotel was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the spanish lady at the reception was beyond helpful! It was perfect service, like you rarely receive any more. The adjoining café also makes an excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located, and good enough as a place to sleep. It was clean and the bathroom was nice - fairly large. Weird windows - no privacy at all so the blinds had to be closed all the time, not that there was a view anyway. They also use the very old style keys, which seem to be common in Ireland but aren't very secure. I'm not sure if I'd stay here again, but I also don't have major complaints.

Wow, what a fun place! We had the family suite/flat and it was lovely and very large. Great walkable location for many things. When we go back to Galway, we will likely stay here again!

Nice modern rooms. Very clean. My only criticism would be that the rooms aren't very soundproof. I could hear everything going on outside and in the lobby, even with doors and windows closed. I would still recommend it to people for a short stay in Galway though. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
