Great location

Good fictional hotel very efficient staff but the location of this hotel is its main selling point being just on corner of Eyre square away from super macs side which can get very high spirited with revellers at night.

Nice hotel

Posted 17-Jul-2014
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast.
Cons: Better ventilation in the rooms. It was very stuffy.
Location: Good location for the square but farther away from the pub action down by the river.
Friendly, helpful staff made our stay pleasant. The front desk stores your room key while you are out sightseeing so you can't loose it.

Hotel was within walking distance of city center.

Location: Plenty of pubs and shopping. Day trip to Conamara and Kylemore Abbey was well worth it.
The hotel is in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar was beautiful and the bartender was good. Breakfast was included with our plan and was good. The hotel itself was very dated. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough but nothing special. Some construction was nearby and the hotel tried to situate us away from the noise which was appreciated. Parking was in a ramp around the block for a fee.

My boyfriend and I were just down on our luck with a rent a car situation that went erie. The hotel staff were very helpful, warm and pleasant. It made my day and our stay-centrally located and walking distance to center city.

Central hotel, close to shops, bars, train station

Posted 11-Apr-2014
Pros: The staff.
Cons: For a central, reasonably priced hotel it is very good.
Location: Drink, eat and shop to name a few!
Only stayed at the hotel for one night but the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine. It is a big hotel, and mostly in good condition.
