David and Pamela who run this hotel could not have more helpful, friendly and welcoming. I can be very critical but on this occasion have nothing to moan about:) The hotel is a little on the outskirts of the centre of town, which suits me as it gives me a chance to see more of the area and as the hotel is situated right beside the river Suck and I was given a lovely room looking out onto the marina, which I was upgraded to without asking.
Our first time in Ireland
We stayed at the hotel for the first two nights of our honeymoon while we were visiting my dads birthplace.
The staff were great ,one of the staff was a 2nd cousin who i met for the first time.
Relaxing sauna stream room and swim.
Food was good
Will Visit Again
Arrived late at night and was disappointed that my room was really cold, though the curtains had been drawn and two lovely iced cakes were set out on the coffee table. Check in was very quick, as was check out. Breakfast in room was perfect (8Euro tray charge). Underground parking- lost of space. Amazingly stylish lounge areas. rooms are beautifully finished.

Extravagant contemporary hotel with striking interior design by Philip Treacy, situated within two miles of the coast …More
Great hotel in Galway. Ever so slightly out of town means this hotel is quieter than most, but has exceptional facilities and great staff. It's only a short walk to Eyre Square or reception will book a taxi (that arrives almost instantly) to take you further afield. Will definitely be back.
Stayed here as honeymooners.
Wonderful heart and swan display made from towels on the bed, made a great welcome.
Beautiful view of the bay from our room.
Enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning (new pancake maker was delightful). Although the restaurant looked a little too pricey for us in the evening, there was a bistro on site open during the day.
Made good use of the Leisure facilities swimming, sauna and gym. Very friendly staff too.
Seemed like a hotel more catered for the retired and coach trips.
