We stayed for four nights over Christmas and this was the most amazing place we stayed over our entire 2 weeks in Ireland. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the room had an incredibly comfortable bed with a beautiful view of the bay. The city centre is about a 30 minute walk away but it's along the bay and the scenery is incredible. The salthill area is much closer and they have great bars and restaurants (Oslo Brewery in particular was great). We chose to drive to the Cliffs of Moher one day we were here and it's definitely a required stop if you are in Ireland. The breakfast was fabulous every morning and I can't express enough how amazing the staff is at this establishment. The little extras like the fruit and cheese in our room and the glass of wine when we arrived make all the difference. We have been thoroughly ruined for any other B&B anywhere!

The Hotel was a little out of the way from Galway, but worth the trip. We were greeted and offered ice tea upon check in. They had two delicious cookies from the bakery in our room with birthday wishes written on the plate. Informative with directions and places to visit.

Stayed here as honeymooners.
Wonderful heart and swan display made from towels on the bed, made a great welcome.
Beautiful view of the bay from our room.
Enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning (new pancake maker was delightful). Although the restaurant looked a little too pricey for us in the evening, there was a bistro on site open during the day.
Made good use of the Leisure facilities swimming, sauna and gym. Very friendly staff too.
Seemed like a hotel more catered for the retired and coach trips.
