Liked being right on the beach! The pool area was nice and the grounds were very well maintained. Also liked that it is in a quiet location. Room was a little worn. Needs new flooring and a shower redo. Overall very nice stay!

Excellent front staff. Layout of suite was nice. Room was not clean. Dust, dirt, grime. Common areas were dirty. Noisy A/C. Paper thin walls. Some maintenance due. Slider doors sticking. Shower door not latching. Lots of potential in the property. Just lacking the details ... and perhaps the investment to make this a place I could recommend in the future.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. Graysen at the front desk was super helpful. This place is pretty clean, a little dated, but has everything you need. It’s 25 min from the cruise port if you were wondering. Bed was clean but a little soft

The room was nice and spacious! The staff was nice, but apparently this is a Timeshare. They talked to us at check in, I expected that. Once I denied wanting to do any of the timeshare jazz, I thought it was done. But no, at 8am the next morning they call our room asking AGAIN. I found this extremely annoying. We told them no again, and he kept asking why it was a no… It’s simple, NO. For the good, the pool was heated and nice! My kiddos and wife loved the hot tub! The room was large, nice kitchen and clean bathroom.

Overall ok. I haven’t stayed at a lot of places in this vicinity so have no comparison. It’s definitely convenient for summers to have a place so close to the beach. Part I didn’t like was absence of vending machines and no nearby places to purchase anything. It is quiet and the staff is nice and helpful. However there’s no dining and since there’s no restaurants at a walking distance it may be inconvenient for my future visits. If you like the idea of staying at an apartment like place with a kitchen it may be perfect!

Love staying here! Close to the beach, but far enough from town to feel relaxed and spead out! The 2 bedroom was beautiful and fit our large family perfectly for a one night stay!

Great suite. The only problem was a big one. We got in after the office closed. I had called beforehand to let them know. They said to simply pick up the phone next to the office & the Security would answer & let us in. Well, THEIR PHONE DOESNT WORK!!! The security happened to see us & we finally got in. Security said she’s told the office several times & they won’t fix it!

Save your money and stay somewhere else...
The location of the building is in the middle of nowhere. You can obviously tell the building was a poor remodel of a 60's condominium complex. Even after telling the staff we did not want to attend their timeshare presentation they charged both our rooms $28 for not showing up to their presentation. This is the second Holiday Inn Club Vacation facility I've stayed at and I am NOT impressed. I will continue to stay at Holiday Inn Express but I will not stay at another "Club Vacation" facility.

Where to start...sunrise/sunset were beautiful.
First, we were pleasantly surprised when someone called and confirmed our 2 consecutive reservations and that they would be combined/connected so that we would not be inconvenienced by having to change rooms. However, this was not the case once we arrived. So many issues...our 3 p.m. check-in turned into our waiting in our vehicle for an hour and a half! They said the room wasn't ready and our check-in should have been 4 p.m. but to check back in 30 minutes. Then they could not reach housekeeping despite calling 8 times. We missed our dinner reservations and that's just the half of it. Later, after we unpacked our entire week's worth of clothing, groceries, fishing gear, etc., we received a call stating that we would have to check out the following morning and check back into another room BUT they would keep us on the same floor and try to have housekeeping clean our room a bit earlier so that we would not have to wait until 4 p.m. to check back in. WHAT!?! So, now we not only had to sit in our vehicle for an hour and a half, miss our dinner reservations, unpack...just to repack it all (3+ carts full), but it now looks as if we will have hours of waiting in a hallway (unless we want to drag everything back down and sit in our vehicle) possibly for several hours? WTH!?! Don't even get me started on the condition of the place (stuck drawers, fridge not sealing correctly, sticky floors, dirty hand/fingerprints all over the doors, bed skirt halfway off the bed, rusty can-opener)

Second year to vacation and will go back every year. We did have one unpleasant experience. Since members can bring guests there was an issue with the amount of liquor and adults grinding on each other at the pool. This was out of control and disgusting in front of small children. Management was told but I felt I was disregarded and ignored. We spoke to many others and I am sure you will hear this same review.

Everyone was complaining that the ice machine never had ice even fist thing in the morning which we all depended on it. So convenient to have onsite but not producing but a small amount of ice was an issue.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The pros heavily outweigh the cons. The condo was remarkable and incredibly clean! The beach is a short walk away. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Marketplace is fully stocked and is readily available. The only turn-off is the hard-sell time share discussion before you can get your room key and parking pass. You have to be firm and say NO a gazillion times before they will give you those necessary items. While I understand it is their job, when you are in a hurry due to a job you need to go to and you keep telling them that yet they continue on, it is frustrating. I had emailed management ahead of time, but I am guessing my reservation was not noted as they stated they would do. However, once you get past that, the place is FABULOUS!
