“Nice, quiet hotel”

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was large & comfortable. It was very quiet at night, so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

“A wonderful vacation near family”

The hotel was great; it was very clean, service was prompt, the breakfast was outstanding, the staff was helpful; there was only one drawback for us--it was located so near Mall of Ga. that the traffic was terrible every direction. We will recommend it to others, but will warn them about the mall traffic.

“Perfect Stop for Shoppers!”

I went to Buford for a girls weekend to do some shopping. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, great location, and good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel, we will definitely stay again!

“Very convenient”

Although we did little shopping, this hotel was right in the middle of wonderful shopping. The rooms were lovely and smelled very clean. The surrounding area was great for various kinds of restaurants.

“Athens visitor”

I have stayed here several times. Have had good visits and the rooms are nice. Within the last three visits, the same person has checked me in and I can say that this person is not concerned about customer service. In our last visit 08/27/11 to 08/28/11, the room key would not open the door to the pool area so we went to the desk to ask for help...our "help" was quite put out and tried to show us that we did not know how to use our key. After several attempts(that didn't work)a desk key was used to open the door. Our "help" left quickly afterwards without saying a word for our troubles with their service. Please consider the needs of the visitors and be nice.

“Very impressed”

Hotel staff was very accomodating and even let us check in several hours early! No hotel has ever done that for us and we will always stay at this hotel in future for that reason alone!
