“good accommodations”

heating unit was noicy .Food was great. Staff made you feel welcome .

“Was Impressed”

I was impressed by how courteous the staff was and how clean the hotel was kept. It was very convenient to dinning and shopping places. The buffet breakfast was nice. It was more than just doughnuts and coffee. I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice place to stay for just one night or for several nights.

“Nice Place to stay”

This hotel has a very friendly staff and many conveniences to the surrounding area. The atmosphere is set up to accommodate the traveler with a small bar/grill area for evening relaxation and the breakfast buffet is a plus. The price was an added bonus.

“Toilet Problem, Hotel does not care”

Checked into motel Friday night October 22, 2010. Recognized late Friday night that bathroom toilet had problem and continued to run all night long because toilet bowl flapper did not seal. Called front desk on Saturday morning and reported toilet problem. Was advised by Office Manager that maintenance man was not there. After insistance that the problem be addressed, or be provided another room without a toilet problem, Office Manager said he would have house keeping check the problem. Returned to room Saturday night and problem had not been corrected. Spent two nights listening to running toilet. When checking out, received no apologies, credits, or anything for the problem experienced. Also, the room was not cleaned on Saturday and had to go to the front desk to get clean toweIs Saturday night. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again!

The hotel was conveniently located, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and the free breakfast buffet was well above average.

“Reasonably-priced comfort & convenience”

This was my second stay at this location; nice amenities and convenient location for my business in the area. The complimentary breakfast is quite good; I recommend taking the time to sample it.

“Convenient, clean, affordable motel in Gainesville, Georgia”

This hotel is very pleasant, well taken care of, and convenient to all locations in Gainesville. The free breakfast is also very good.

“We were WOW'd with the improvements Holiday Inn is making!”

The service was wonderful - by all employees of this hotel, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to others and in fact, are staying again in a few weeks.
