The floors had a sticky, yucky film on them. Water in the tub would not drain for hrs, the sheets had stain, cigarette holes in them.
They requieres a $25 deposit for the room “in case you smoke”

Check in was slow as i had to wait for person to check us in. No breakfast just coffie. The bathtub drained real slow so was standing in water up to my ankles when finished.

The room was clean and very nice. Had microwave and fridge. It was spacious. The only negative thing is they had to have a security deposit before staying. Although it was only $25 and I got it back. Would stay there again. I just wished that the deposit would have been advertised in the room description.

The room we reserved was king smoking room was dirty floors rough with nails and bed was damp...asked for refund and they refused gave us another room non smoking double....when we went out side 3 guys no shirts drinking beer smoking in lawn chairs with a small grill in a parking space. They said it was not up to them to refund that it was up to orbitz. Sidewalks dirty and outside doors and windows filthy.

The people at the front desk were not friendly at all, my key card didn’t work, when I got to my room, so I had to return to the front desk, the man never apologized or anything, just took the card, redone the code and handed it to me, never spoke

The room was dirty and had a terrible smell. While turning down the bed a bug crawled out from under the pillow. We talked to the management and they offered us a new room but we were too grossed out to stay there. We left to find a different hotel.
