The property overall was fine. The guy who checked us in was degrading and condescending. He acted completely unprofessional to myself and to the lady in front of me. I was very close to losing my money for the room that night just because he was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I travel all over the country and have never felt anywhere the way he made me feel. Classic case of someone who uses his position to try and make other people feel small. Will never stay here again just because of that experience.

The property had many issues and has not been updated in forever. The curtains would not close out the parking lot lights from shining in the room all night. The chair at the desk would not go up at all. It was lowered all the way and would not respond to the height controls. The beds were uncomfortable. There was nothing on the bathtub floor to keep me from slipping. Overall it is an old building that has not been updated from the yesteryears of the 80s.

We had two different rooms. One smelled like a wet dog and the other like very strong cigarettes. The floors were so nasty that we were unable to walk barefoot because our feet were BLACK. The sinks and tubs were clogged up and would hardly drain. The outside pool was green and disgusting. Overall, it was filthy. I absolutely will not stay here again.

Tried to book through the hotel directly. However, after four attempts of being placed on hold, i booked through expedia. Their website states that they "openly accept pets". They dont mention that they charge a substantial fee per pet until you arrive. The desk attendant was quite rude and tried to tell me that i should have booked direct, and I explained the scenario. He stated that the Google telephone number was incorrect. It was one lie after another. I called the google number later and watched him answer...

Excellent front desk staff, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, the lady overseeing breakfast was friendly and very helpful, we will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Only one issue that we experienced…
Long day traveling so a happy stop. Nice front desk personnel, nice room, good sleep. My only issue is the security door near my room was supposed to be card access only but it was not locked 24 hours much less after hours. A lot of coming and going out that door after 10pm so we were a little nervous.

We booked this hotel through Expedia, who ended up messing up our reservation. The Comfort Suites employee, Daniel, was so helpful and nice. He wasn't able to get Expedia to fix our reservation, but he did try his best. He won us over with his professionalism and kindness. GREAT JOB, Daniel!!

The area which this property was located was excellent for us. I loved the layout of the room. The bed was ok. My biggest complaint was the rooms were not clean. We had to change rooms on check-in because the bathroom was just not clean. After switching rooms, the second was better, but not great. We bought cleaning supplies at the local Walmart and I cleaned the bathroom. The surfaces in the rest of the room still had dust and hand prints from previous occupants I would guess. I don't think the couch had ever been cleaned. This is a nice hotel, they just need a better cleaning crew.

This hotel is disgusting and dirty. The rooms smell like musty mold. The bed sheets were clearly not washed, had hair and mascara on the sheets. I highly recommended NOT staying here. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Definitely not worth the price it’s more like a motel 6

Staff was very friendly. Overall needs updated. Room was very damp. Mildew in the shower. Bed was comfortable, but the slightest movement shook the whole bed. Fairly priced for what you get. Good option if you just need a place to shower and sleep.

The hotel we fantastic and we had a great time. The only issue was there was a blood stain (small) on one of the comforters. They took care of it and we kind. Otherwise a great stay.

Could not use pool all weekend!
Checked in on Friday explained to desk clerk that we had booked hotel to allow g-kids to swim in pool all day on Saturday! No one told us until Saturday when we were waiting on staff to open pool had to take kids somewhere else to let them swim! Very disappointed that this happened! No one has gave any refund of any kind!

It took the gentleman in the entrance more than 30 minutes to check me in... That is by far the longest I have been waiting in a hotel to check and with only 2 people in front of me.
