The hotel was great as far as location goes, and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms reminded me vaguely of my college dorm years, the rooms were basic and dated. My American back wasn’t too impressed with the comfort of the beds either. Granted I tend not to expect that of a European hotel. I agree with the Lonely Planet guidebook that the hallways, with their faded posters and fluorescent lights, reminded me vaguely of a hospital.
All that said though, it was a good hotel for vacationing, with a good location and moderate level of comfort and cleanliness.
