“Great facilities”
Fantastic hotel facility with great amenities. Food was expensive and poor for what you paid. Wonderful swimming pools especially for young kids. Great kids club worth very good staff. Rooms were very nice with lovely verandas on ground floor. Acted as an extension of room at night when kids were asleep. Overall, I would highly recommend for families. Go for B&B option and enjoy nicer food options in nearby town.
“Relaxing in 5 Star luxury”
On arrival we were greated with glasses of bubbly and juices for the children we were quickly shown our room and what a room! One of the best family rooms we have ever had - As we walked in we were amazed at the size. The bathroom consisted of an outer room with double wash basins and a walk-in wardrobe and through frosted glass doors was the round jacuzzi bath and a seperate shower cubicle followed by another door to the toilet . The room was a junior suite which consisted of a double bed and two single beds for the children, a round dining table and chairs, sofa , fridge ,coffee machine and TV. The decor was lovely and room was very clean. We also had a double balcony with table and chairs and two sunloungers which overlooked the pool area and as all the rooms a sea view. We decided to upgrade to half board as we had only booked b&b and each night there was a good selection of food but a bit repetative also I think a few child friendly additions to the buffet would have been welcomed. We did decide to eat at the Zen restaurant one night the food was good but initially we sent it back as it was cold but the waiters quickly sorted out this problem. The food at the poolside 'La Veranda' was expensive but really good especially the pasta and pizza. Both our children became water babies for the whole holiday as the pools were so good ,3 pools were heated and one was sea water and the pool area was kept very clean and you could collect fresh towels every day. A wonderful holiday!
“lack of customer service”
Eastern european Poolside restaurant serving staff almost rude at times; small details omitted from room; reported fridge not working three times never replaced or repaired; undersheet on bed always ruffled only top actually made; sink was not properly cleaned all week; terrible smell from cesspit for first day of holiday and then beginning to return towards end of week. This hotel should not have five stars and charge top prices and then not provide a high standard of customer service; our enquiries and concerns were never met with empathy never mind an apology. Lots of problems too many for this review
“We shall be going back!”
The hotel was very quiet till the Sunday when it seemed to at least double in occupancy - not sure if there was a reason for this. The hotel took this in its stride with additional staff appearing to handle the increase. The rooms are great, spacious and the bathrooms are fantastic. The hotel is very child friendly (3 year old), with their own pool, and an excellent kids club. The pool area and beach are great - we had truly stress free days by the pool - in fact ran out of books after 4 days! We stayed B&B, breakfast lasted us till the evening and we either used the restaurants (great little Tapas bar) and the Spar in the nearby Atlantico centre. Also had a couple of nights when we ate in Calesta - plenty to choose from (great restaurant at the harbour), and its either a 4 Euro taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk. Checkout was at 12, and our flight meant we didn't need to be at the airport til 17:30, so we where offered the use of a courtesy room so we could get showered and changed. Overall we had a fantastic stay, and we intend to return next year at least once. The only critiscm we have are the cost of eating in the hotel (so we didn't).
“Evening Buffet Meal”
The breakfast buffet was excellent. One evening we decided to try the hotel evening buffet. We were very disappointed with the meal ,particularly the main course choices and the desserts. We thought that it was not value for money.
“I will stay here again”
Despite some negative reviews on Tripadvisor, I would heartily recommend this hotel - out of season which is when I was there. I wanted to avoid badly behaved British tourists and badly behaved children and this hotel is a cosmopolitan haven, equivalent to 5 star hotels I have stayed in on the Cote d'Azur for example. The staff were polite, friendly, helpful and provided an excellent service. The breakfast buffet was very good, although the hot food could have been a little warmer. it was a delight to sit outside in the sunshine surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. Everyone was made welcome - in Spanish, English, French and German as appropriate. The daytime restaurant by the outdoor pools (which has some negative reviews) offered excellent, fast service, was not badly priced and I found my seafood freshly cooked and well presented and the house wine of an excellent standard. The quality of the room was superb - compared with Italy for example - and I enjoyed having an in-room coffee maker which is unusual for Europe. However it was strange not to have a kettle as well with which to make tea, although tea bags were provided. One real luxury was the daily provision of towels to use by the pool and on the hotel beach as well as a towelling robe.
“Great Place to Stay”
The hotel is in a prime location. There is a town within walking distance to the hotel that has many restaurants where the foods are reasonably priced. This hotel is also only ten minutes from the airport. The staff was very informative and courteous. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay.
“Sheraton Fuerteventura”

“Sheraton Fuerteventura a Caleta de Fuste -i Fuerteventura - Canarie”
Hotel all'altezza delle sue 5 stelle.
“Buen hotel”
Buen hotel, imprescindible coche para moverse por la isla.

The beach, like the neat and tidy resort, is man-made and provides a safe, family-friendly environment around a shallow bay. The port is a focus of activity with an aquarium set into the actual harbour, and is the departure point for dolphin-watching excursions. There is also a championship golf course within the resort.
