"Relaxing wedding anniversary trip"
We arrived on late to be greeted by a friendly informative receptionist (Pablo) & a glass of cava. The hotel is stunning & classy. Rooms are spacious and lovely too. Booked in bed & breakfast, but after trying the wonderful breakfast buffet. Eating once in the evening meal buffet, which was good. but the food in the three other restaurants were excellent, a credit to the chefs & waiting staff. We did eat in the Japanese once, the Spanish once, but in the gourmet twice as it was so good and the waiter David was so professional & exact, he was a credit to the hotel. The beach was lovely with an excellent beach staff who not only served drinks, but kept an eye on people on the beach, who was using beds, entering hotel etc. the sun beds were of good quality with umbrellas & wind breaks which kept your area separate which was nice. The hotel spa was a shock, so big, with excellent staff, very informative. we used the spa pool and saunas. we also used the gym nearly everyday, it has good modern equipment, rather male based on weight machines with a few running machines, cross trainers, bikes & only one rowing machine. I attended a few gym classes too. But as part of the hotel & free of charge it is well worth making use of. We did use the bar in the evenings for pre-dinner drinks or coffee, entertainment was unobtrusive & low key, sitting on the balcony outside or inside. Staff were again excellent , but Sol was brilliant, good, friendly with everyone. We had a wonderful time

"Relaxing retreat"
Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the lovely Premium Club rep (Angela) who welcomed us to the hotel with a much needed glass of cold bubbly and a quick debrief of the facilities. We soon realised the rather hurried greeting was due to the lunch sitting finishing only 20 mins after our arrival and she did not want us missing out on. All the staff were amazing, food was top notch, facilities really did enable us to relax and switch off for the week, stunning place!!

"Great place to relax"
We loved this place. Perfect situation on the edge of the harbour, so away from any noise. It is a 5 minute walk around the harbour into the centre of the town and there is a supermarket just around the corner. The apartment was very comfortable and having a balcony overlooking the pool was a bonus. The bar/restaurant downstairs, with its view of the sea, was excellent. All the staff at the Dunas Club were friendly and helpful. Ideal place!

"Lovely relaxed hotel atmosphere - on the beach"
We stayed at the hotel at peak time, 1st week of August and though full, it never felt crowded. The hotel is beautifully laid out, very clean with very helpful and friendly staff. There was a good mix of nationalities, no drunken or rowdy behaviour. There was sometimes a short wait for a table during breakfast and evening meals. Can't blame the staff, they were doing their utmost to clear tables and set up for the next family, they just needed a few more hands on deck. There was always plenty of choice during all meals but dinners were never very spiced if you prefer a bit more zing to your food. Plenty of sunbeds by the large freeform pool, the indoor pool was also a nice touch. Beautiful sandy beach was just a two minute stroll down through the hotel. The beach is not a part of the hotel so you do have to pay for sunbeds and parasols (unless you go down after 17.00 by which time the bright orange vested money collector has usually gone for the day). Twee shows in the evening kept us entertained but nobody seems to want to dance after the shows, especially the teens cos they're too busy online using free WiFi in reception! The animation team were very friendly and good fun if you wanted to join in in any of the activities, but they were never in your face or insistent like some can be at other hotels we've been to. Chilled pool bar serving a nice variety of lunch dishes if you're not All Inclusive.

"Excellent location!!!"
We've stayed there for 1 week. It was our first visit in Fuerteventura and luckily our hotel choice was great.Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our flight back was in the evening but after checking out they let us stay in the hotel territory as long as we want, we could get drinks, lunch, use showers (which I should say are really clean and good as at home). Hotel has a really great beverage selection. All famous cocktails as Mojito, Pina Colada, Cuba Libre and others are available. They also have non alcoholic cocktails. That's really nice :) There is also a free safe in room so you can not worry about your stuff. Rooms are clean, shampoo and bath gel is brought everyday. There is also many sport activities during day time like aqua gym, volleyball, basketball etc. However everything can't be perfect. We didn't enjoy food so much. The selection was great but food was too oily...Yet they have perfect pizzas and macaroni. Also if you get bored of this food, you can always book a dinner in two restaurants, it's completely free just you have to book it a day before. One of them is asian and the other canarian. The last but not the least, so say the truth it's very German hotel. Most of tourists are from Germany so all staff is speaking German and sometimes too much. If they see a person who might even be a bit similar to German they start speak German. That happened to me many times and it was a bit annoying.

"Do Stay At Villa Florida."
This was our 3rd visit in 3 years. 2 weeks this time & glad we did. Close enough to the centre & beach for walking but small enough & attractive "Spanish "style complex to be intimate & quiet. The staff in all areas were helpful & pleasant no matter what Nationality they were trying to help. I'd recommend them to anyone.

"Good location...."
Average hotel Marked difference in standard between other hotels which are classified as a 4 star with this hotel not being as great Maid service came quite late in the day Food provided not great - baked beans at breakfast were cold which put me off from eating any of the meat which had been lying around for a while. The back of the hotel links onto the beach, this particular beach is very busy but if you walk 100 metres or so you can get to some much quieter beaches. About 45 minute walk to the sand dune national park along the coast Hotel not great for providing tourist things to do but if you were to ask specific questions they would answer them YOu have to pay to use the scales to weight your luggage (1 euro)

"Good Hotel"
We previously stayed at this hotel last year and found it very good. We returned this year and found they had made improvements to the layout in the dining rooms, food was well laid out and plenty of choice. We feel they could offer better Wi-Fi as you have to pay to use it in your room, but get it free for 30 minutes in the reception area but by doing this only you are limited on use.

"excellent hotel failities"
Excellent hotel and facilities with direct access onto beach. Few English guests, but this was not a problem. Good food choice but would have been good with theme nights - became a bit repetitive although always well presented. Good variety of drinks and not in usual cheap plastic cups. Entertainment available during the day if you wanted it but not pushy and there were quiet pool areas for those who wanted to relax. Evening entertainment dominated by world cup matches so didn't experience much of usual hotel entertainment. Rooms clean and good size bathrooms, most having a sea view. Lovely beach but watch out for the nudists!! Chipmunk type animals can be found in the rocks next to the beach. Only a handful of shops close by. Car hire beneficial to get around the island which is a must - experience the sand dunes in the North. Some lovely fish restaurants in the South. Windy most of the time but this is not a problem.
