Everything has been absolutely great. Fantastic facilities and an even better service from every single member of the staff. From room service, to restaurants and swimming pool staff, reception, etc. Every person in the hotel ensued we had a fantastic time. Congratulations to all of them! Thank you so much! Stunning location right on the sand dunes. Easy drive from airport (30 minutes) and 10 minutes into Corralejo town. Hotel is beautiful if a little dated. Staff were amazing. Food was sensational, the best All-Inclusive food we have eaten. Only downside was there was no organised activities for the kids so there were lots of bored teenagers sitting on their phones. Would've been perfect if shared animation team with sister hotel Riu La Oliva. Highly recommend but take bigger clothes as you'll keep wanting to go back for more food breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hotel located on a beautiful large beach. Tough decorations are slightly dated, the room was clean and cleaned often, the staff very polite and accommodating. Food was plentiful and delicious. Nightly entertainment entertaining ;-). Especially thanks to Marta and Martin in the restaurant- always smiling, welcoming and helpful. Slywia welcomed us with clear instructions and was there to chec us out as well. Always smiling and helpful. We cannot say enough about the beautiful location. The beach that continues for kms and kms both north and south. Safe and clean. We look forward to returning soon.

Easy relaxing holiday in good beach front location. The hotel could do with some updating but is generally in good order and beds are comfortable - very clean. The staff are very friendly upbeat and helpful. Food is plentiful and something for everyone.

Great staff
Overall the hotel is very good, but some room for improvement with the pool area needing attention, lots of sun bed hogging, very hard beds, but they will provide a topper if you ask. The best part is the staff, all super friendly and efficient, food ok too.

We had a great stay here and I thought the staff were excellent, all so friendly and attentive and that is what made the difference. The Hotel could do with a little updating and although we were there as a family it seemed to suit adults more. Location is great with lovely beach views.

Although the property is an older property it has obviously been maintained to a high standard. Inside it has a classic look with spacious and comfortable common areas. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food is varied and of a high quality, one is spoilt for choice.

4 star hotel with 5 star service. Don’t normally do All Inclusive but I thought I would for a change and what a great choice. No queuing up for drinks there was always waiters wondering around ready to take your orders. All the staff from check in, cleaners, waiters chefs and people behind the scenes work extremely hard and all are friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The only negative is the food is really good and I have put a few extra pounds on.

If you are coming only for the basic package, your stay may be OK. My stay was a roller coaster of good and bad. From the start, i had bad impresssion because with multiple contacts with the hotel over the week before i arrived, i received no response. The property sent a message about online check-in but that is only for those who reserve thru their system so not sure why i received that message requiring that. It meant long lines at check-in. It was a nightmare trying to book spa services. I tried to do that in advance, but again, no response from the hotel on how to book. The spa now has limited hours, doesnt answer its phone and you are to leave a sticky note at their reception. They say they will contact you but they only left a sticky note beside my note at their desk. When i arrived, the fitness center was already booked for both days so that was not available. The jacuzzi had children using it as a playground-jumping and kicking and splashing. I decided to move to an adult only hotel, which was a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential. The food was wonderful, the staff were friendly, and the view from my balcony & the wellness center jacuzzi were AMAZING. In order to be worth the money, they need better management all-around.

Not my favourite RIU hotel I'm afraid
The hotel is extremely dated and in need of a major overhaul. The swimming pool had loads of tiles missing. The jacuzzi was great. Gym had to upper body machines. Food was Fantastic but was aimed towards pleasing the German guests. And on that, everything was in German. Overall it was an ok stay

On The Beach
Tres Islas Oliva offers a location that a traveler dreams of, a home not just near a beach but on it, and what a beach it is with soft white sand and great surf. The three pools, various cafes and bars, the exceptional restaurant, all the amenities you could ask for and patient service with a smile keep its clientele renewing their stay to repeat their experience right on the Atlantic Ocean.

Very comfortable beach-side hotel close to remarkable sand dunes. Rooms a bit small but adequate and had nice balconies. Service was excellent--friendly front desk, courteous service in restaurant and bar, even if a bit pretentious given how busy the buffet dinners were. Seating at small gourmet "Krystal" restaurant downstairs can be booked at the front desk as an alternative, at no extra cost (not good for children, though.) Special New Year's dinner and celebration, as well as good-bye gift were great. Jacuzzi hot tub was almost warm enough and "warm" swimming pool was tolerable but not really comfortable for winter swimming. A small sauna in the spa made up for the chill, though. Overall a very good hotel.

Love this hotel. Great staff, facilities and location. Unfortunately due to the poor weather conditions, the room was very cold/poorly insulated. The staff were helpful and immediately brought blankets and a heater when the issue was raised. It was a pity as it meant the room was far less comfortable.

Its a pleasure to visit such a well managed hotel. First impession may be a little outdated, but everything is functioning. Style, management and service far above what I would expect in this pricerange. I would invest a few € to update the fitness room though

Unbeatable location
We had a super pleasant experience staying at the Riu Palace Tres Islas. The property is beautiful, with an unbeatable location. Two stunning beaches and minutes away drive to Corralejo. Staff was friendly and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms need a serious makeover as they are dated but yet comfortable. Beds were hard. lpcation and beaches more than make up dpr everything else.

Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas - Amazing
We were a family of 3. We have stayed at this hotel previously but this time it was just for one night as we wanted to finish our holiday in style. It is in a perfect location for a quiet relaxing holiday. We cannot fault the hotel, service, food or location. The only minor point was I found the beds quite hard but I am someone with a back problem and hard beds don't agree with me but the pros of staying here over rule that. After much research I found the best deal on Hotels.com. I would certainly recommend this hotel for all ages.

I feel very lucky to have had such a fantastic hotel holiday experience. It was difficult to fault anything with this hotel and while it has a 4 star status, everything else about it was 5 star. Albergo in una posizione favolosa sulle dune, che necessità però di un mezzo per muoversi verso altre destinazioni dell'isola essendo lontano dal paese. Piscina con molti lettini in batteria ed uscita sulla ampia e bellissima spiaggia oceanica. In generale tutto è manutenuto dignitosamente, ma molto vissuto e si vede. Il cibo è standard RIU a Buffet, con molta varietà ma qualità spesso discutibile, più adatto a clientela tedesca di una certa età che ad dicembre è predominante. In definitiva un Hotel onesto, che se ristrutturato e modernizzato può diventare interessante.

Hotel bello inserito in un luogo molto suggestivo. Ottimo buffet e pulizia nelle camere. Si vede che è un hotel un po' datato ma molto bello. Unica cosa da segnalare che fuori dai pasti è tutto a pagamento quindi non è un vero all inclusive ma piuttosto pensione completa.

Un bel hôtel à decouvrir
Séjour de 5 nuits, du 31 décembre au 5 janvier, qui restera dans nos mémoires. Hôtel idéalement situé dans les dunes, belle vue mer, plages de rêve aux pieds de l'hôtel, accueil et personnel sympathiques et efficaces, all inclusive de bonne qualité tant au niveau du buffet que des boissons, chambres propres et confortables. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Don't trust them - but location is good
Dear all, I would like to share my very bed experience at the check in Riu Palace Tres Islas. I sent an email prior to my arrival to ask a high floor room for 2 guests. At the check-in I realized I made a mistake and booked online only for 1 guest and forget to add my son. At the check-in 22/12/22 (9 days stay) We stayed a very long time at the reception hall waiting for the room.. and were very tied after night flight, my son was sick and we urgently needed the room to rest. Florencio (reception manager) requested to pay 1225€ for the additional person in the same room and of course I paid. I have already paid 1800€ online months before. I trusted, I will have a better price directly to the reception. I was shocked when I learnt in the evening that the extra cost was only 800€ on the Official online Riu site and all other booking sites. (I have several screen prints). I talked to the manager again, he explained me : this is the RIU hotels policy and this is not his problem. This hotel Riu policy to take advantage of guests (women alone with her son) arriving at hotel tired, make pressure and make them pay much more is really wrong and unacceptable. I don’t recommend this hotel, don’t think will ever try RIU hotels again …

il personale disponibile ad accontentare in pgni richiesta; la camera anche se un po’ datata con una vista eccezionale e clientela silenziosa; pulizia perfetta di ogni spazio; servizio a buffet con ogni possibilità di scelta per ogni pasto. Unico neo la mancanza di un servizio di navetta gratuito per Corralejo visto l’isolamento dell’albergo da qualsiasi insediamento umano. nel complesso bellissima vacanza!
