“Rubbish”

not enough hot water for 2 people to have a shower 50 stairs to climb, so not great for push/wheel chairs and no, there is no ramp or lift cold and damp at night pillow felt like a wet spunge ants or some other insects on the floor loud and noisy at night, other rooms had "parties" and the reception closed at 18.00 window blinds were broken in our room but "nothing could be done"
