Stayed at the Alpine Inn for the second time. Great experience and easy to get to from Denver. From the hotel it is easy to get to many local mountains for hiking and day trips. Makes for a great base of operations for a long weekend. Good internet service and very well kept rooms.
Pool and spa area at the hotel was very pretty. Hotel was clean and staff was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient, close to the highway, but also to bus stop for easy transportation anywhere.
The bed was comfortable. The lighting was not so good. My husband and I are avid readers and the lighting in the living room was not up to par. My husband had to find a light bulb in another lamp to replace the burned out light bulb in his bedside lamp. The sofa and loveseat were well used to say the least and the pillows needed to be either replaced or washed. The carpet could have used a cleaning also. You could tell that the condo has been used and abused by previous tenants. But we did enjoy our stay and would probably stay there again. Thank you.
Arrived in Frisco from the east coast to get a one bedroom hotel room and expedia did not get reservation to local travel realty agent. Luckily in peak ski season, I was able to get a place to stay. Due to the error, I got a 3 bedroom townhome which was nice but more space than I needed and townhome did not internet service which made it difficult to seek entertainment/restaurants for a newbee to the area.
Skiing was great in Breckenridge - great town, and Vail.

The Frisco Inn's staff made us feel right at home. The free breakfast isn't your typical cold bagel or cereal, but a hot meal, prepared to order and served to you restaurant style. We had an incredible eggs Benedict and cappuccinos. Every single person on staff was really helpful and friendly, and made us feel more like friends staying than customers, which was a welcome change from the big-chain hotel feel. The location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
