Spacious room and nice view. The windows were dirty so the view couldn't be fully appreciated. The furniture was worn. That made the whole room seem cheap.

Good hotel with excellent service
Nice and modern hotel with excellent service. Food is amazing but expensive. Due to a recent fire the spa wasn't available but a temporary gym was created. The bar / restaurant on the top floor has an amazing view. The room was a little worn down with some damage to the bed and bathroom tiling.

The toilet was not flush, yellow water and with toilet paper in it. The pillow looks clean and good but has a kind of strange smell, which make me doubtful a bit. The room is good and the bathroom is spacious. The parking place is a distance from the hotel, lucky no rain.

Great gym, clean and nice rooms. Very good breakfast. However, service in the restaurant at 11th floor is far below average. You have to wait extremely long for your food, don't get anything until your course is served, and almost no checking by waiters. Food is also not extremely spectacular. The potenital is there....

More like a three star hotel
Hotel was OK. Takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the centre of town, so it's a bit out of the way compared to some more centrally located hotels. Paper cups in room instead of a ceramic mug - not exactly great to drink tea/coffee out of a paper cup. My TV was not even plugged in, rather than fiddle around the back of the television set, I just didn't bother turning it on. The minibar was some form of bizarre slot machine system and not a fridge, had I wanted to keep some milk fresh for tea I would have been out of luck. One night another guest opened the door to my room - apparently they had been given the a card to the same room I was in. A bit of a nasty surprise. The positives: Restaurant on the top floor was excellent, and the conference facilities are top notch. The negatives: Poor in-room facilities, quite overpriced for what you actually get.

The staff was nice and the hotel was in good shape. I didn't like they charge money for the fitness room.

Great hotel in the cutest town.
Were in town for one night and were pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. It is a short walk or bike to the city center - which was so cute, we will definitely have to return.

Arrived late at 1pm due to flight delay, I have advised reception while in advance but when I got there I had to wait for 30 minutes before check in. Reception was unmanned at night

Great find!
1st time I'd stayed at this hotel, my view......I would stay here again without a second thought. Hotel was just great, room was large, shower strong, good WiFi.

I was there in a business trip with my boss. We had two rooms. The heater didn’t work in both rooms. The hotel offered to live rooms or provide a portable heater. My boss moved rooms immediately. I found it about the broken heater in my room late at night when I was too tired to move. I asked for the portable heater. It turned out to be a a tiny fan-like heater. Not helpful to heat the room. Breakfast was good, but the restaurants opens a little late on the weekends for early birds. Rooms were very spacious. Coffee in room was good. Free parking.

Excellent business hotel
Beautiful modern business hotel. Only stayed 1 Friday night while passing through and got a good weekend rate. Free parking, 15 mins walk from centre of Leeuwarden, and didn't charge the usual sneaky & nasty Dutch tourist tax. 11th floor restaurant did a good 3-course meal although no choice of dishes. Excellent but fleeting visit

Nice hotel, but overpriced
The overall stay was very good, but paying 15€ for a breakfast and apart of that you have to pay for all the wellness facilities separately

NICE HOTEL BUT THE SPIDERS SPOILED EVERYTHING
AT FIRST WE WAS IMPRESSED BY THE HOTEL. BUT WHILE STAYING IN THERE A COUPLE OF SPIDERS POPPED UP. WE WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THE GIRL ASKED US WHAT WE WANTED HER TO DO? WE WENT BACK TO OUR ROOM AND TOOK A PICTURE OF A HUGE SPIDER ON THE ROOF. AFTER WE TOOK IT DOWN THE GIRL WAS AMAZED THAT IT WAS A HUGE SPIDER. AFTER THAT FINALLY THEY CAME AND REMOVED IT. MAINTENANCE ALREADY LEFT THE BUILDING AND TOO BAD A GIRL HAD TO TAKE CARE OF THE SPIDER. THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD. WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN THE HOTEL. WE DID GET A REIMBURSEMENT OF 30$ BACK. THE PRICE THAT WE PAID PREVIOUSLY FOR BREAKFAST. WE WILL NOT RETURN AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN. TOO BAD BECAUSE IT WAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL HOTEL.

I've stayed at this hotel three times and I'll be there again, hopefully. It's at a very good location, within walking distance to bus and train station, shopping, bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood and hotel itself is very quiet, you can hardly hear anybody else. Breakfast has a nice selection of everything tasty and healthy - cheeses, omelet, roast beef, yogurt, smoothies etc. The room is spacious enough, clean, has lots of cupboards, shelves, a big table and a very comfortable bed, also well equipped with all necessary stuff like ironing board and coffee machine. Hotel staff is nice, friendly and efficient.

Nicely appointed hotel close to business area, walking distance from downtown, and inside WTC convention center. Next to casino. Good night sleep, fairly quiet, good view if you're on one of the higher floors. Small negatives: somewhat confusing / hard to find parking lot signposting to the hotel lot - it's the back lot. Took a while for the night auditor to come down and open the front door even though I wasn't that late (0130AM) and had mailed in advance that I would be late.

Good value.......
This hotel is located outside of the city center and next to the casino. We were in town to visit friends, so didn't do much other than sleep here. The room had two nice chairs with ottoman to sit in and read. The bed was comfortable and the linens good. Interesting, the toilet is separate from the bathroom, which isn't a problem except you had to walk from one to the other to wash your hands. A small sink in the toilet room would have been a good idea. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food or service.

Perfect stay at Leeuwarden
Very new hotel, we had two rooms: a normal one and an upgraded slightly larger with a bath. Both were clean and functional, very large and comfortable. For a four stars the only missing thing may have been a few more toiletries. The hotel is 5 mins by car from the city centre with plenty of parking space (free) around. We didn't try the breakfast but at €13 it sounded as a very reasonable price. Wifi is free but reception is very bad so cannot recommend it (maybe other rooms have better connectivity). Service was always good and attentive.
