Mold in bathroom and musty smell

Posted 25-Jul-2015
Pros: The hotel has nice furnishings and comfortable bed.
Cons: The hotel should remedy the mold problem in the bathroom. I think it is caused by bathroom ventilation not working properly.
Location: Near major freeways and various restaurants.
Room 152 had black mold in the bathroom: ceiling, shower curtain and tub molding. And that caused strong musty smell. When I discovered and complained the next day, I was switched to room 164. It also had mold and musty smell but it was negligible.

Run!!!

Posted 22-Jul-2015
Chris at the front desk was great. The hotel was dirty and dark. The elevator smelled like the wires were burning. My room well the carpet was filthy and my curtains were riped like someone was trying to escape. I was so afraid I slept with my clothes on. Not a place for a girl to go alone!!!!

This was a comfy little hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It was a very good deal for the price.

Pros: Fairly clean. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Make sure everything is clean for newly arriving guests. Better breakfast (Sunny D was a disappointment.
Location: Location is good, there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Can't complain there.
The stay was decent. The breakfast wasn't that great, VERY basic. The toilet rim had some urine stains on it when we got there, and there was a towel that had long hair on it. The latch on the door (the one that let's you open it part way, was broken off (the main deadbolt worked though). The A/C didn't work at first but someone came and fixed it right away. The beds were nice, and the rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The walls are a bit thin though.

Very nice hotel

Posted 29-Jun-2015
The hotel was nice, conveniently placed by many restaurants and close the Fresno state campus. The Walls are thin though I could hear people walking by and restrooms being used. The thermostat was also a little complicated to adjust but figured it out. But overall a great hotel, no complaints. Staff was friendly.

very decent hotel close to savemart center

Posted 27-Jun-2015
Pros: -big room -very clean -pool
Cons: -the AC. room didn't feel as cool as I wanted it (then again it was 100 degrees outside)
Location: conveniently located next to 7-11 a bunch of restaurants across the street and nearby close to the freeway
This was a very good hotel. The lobby is small. The rooms are spacious. It was a convenient stay for a concert I was going to at savemart only a mile away. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was nice.

Specious hotel ,very hard to find.

Posted 24-Jun-2015
Pros: It was spacious and very clean.
Cons: Make sure the clerks are more helpful when it comes to directions to the hotel and where to find ice, etc.
Location: We were traveling from LA to Yosemite, it was the perfect place to stop for the night.
After a hard drive getting out of the LA area, this hotel was a welcome sight. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had a very good breakfast. The only problem we encountered was finding the hotel. Driving in after dark, I called to get directions, first I was told to turn the wrong way on the road, then when I called back I was told it was behind Maria Callander's. The signage was very hard to see. Once there, the clerk did not give me directions to the ice or pool. The next morning, we discovered the pool was outside our door. Overall it was a very nice hotel, one I would definitely stay at again. The parking lot is gated.
